My husband and I had a great experience with our most recent car purchase. Gage Chaney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find a car that we loved and was within our budget. The finance manager was extremely helpful as well explaining everything very thorough. It was a pleasure doing business with Royal Oak Ford again.

Less than 2 weeks after purchasing a $26,000 used vehicle from Royal Oak Ford, the engine started having problems with the lifter and the dealership tells my nephew there is nothing they can do. Wow. Way to screw your customers. Would never recommend your dealership to anyone. Way to stand behind your used vehicles.

Very professional and treated us like they wanted us to come back. Most dealerships rush to get the job done, provide terrible service, and charge you a maximum fee. Not his dealership! James Sockow (Jim) welcomed us with a smile, thoroughly reviewed our needs, showed us to the waiting room, explained how we could use our points for auto service, and the list goes on. Feel free to have your car serviced by Ford Royal Oak if you want a smooth hassle free car servicing experience. FYI, the even washed our car. Premium service professionals!

I was buying from out of state which is nerve racking. Donald was a pleasure to work with over the phone. He really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. James worked out the financing that fit my budget with a great service contract. I bought a used 2019 Honda civic with roughly 49000 miles on it. The price was reasonable compared to other Civics I looked at with more miles and inflated prices. Royal Oak Ford was a great experience all around. I didn’t feel pushed or steered in directions I didn’t want to go as I had with different salespeople at other dealerships.

The service center representatives are disorganized and rude. I came for a fast leak in my tire on Friday about 1300. i have number to bumper coverage with my payments. I was already almost completely flat (20psi) when I arrived and nail in tire. At first in the garage, I was told it could be fixed between 1300-1600 same day but had to wait for the manager to come back from lunch. When I came to the service desk myself, i was told they couldn’t assess till Monday 1600. they recommended I go to a non Ford repair shop. when I complained that I already pay for 100% tire repair coverage with Ford they recommended Suburban Ford Ferndale. I asked if they could call for their availability for me and Rich said I could call myself and started reading off the number. They were unhelpful and semi-rude. I cannot repair myself. Had an amazing experience at Suburban Ford Ferndale!! SFF started repairing immediately and also noticed an issue with my other tire and Suburban Ford Ferndale rep Alex, made a call to ford to get both tires changed under my warranty!

Heather Miller in new car sales was fabulous. Not a pushy car sales women but informative and all around pleasant to work with. The dealership is nice and so was everyone we came in contact with along our purchasing journey.
