Absolutely the worst service ever! We have been waiting months for an insurance repair. Constant lying on times of when they will come out but never do. We keep calling and get blown off by Kelly the gate keeper! I will never recommend anyone ever use this company.

I'm VERY surprised with the negative reviews since my recent experience was beyond great. Darren was my sales person and was very patient with my indecisiveness as well as uber responsive to my multiple texts and emails. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable but was also interrupted by covid. Yes, my install was delayed but it's completely unreasonable and selfish for anyone to think their install is more important than people's well-being. I patiently waited and it was well worth it. Thank you RO&B Awning. I will recommend you to everyone I know!

We purchased a home that had a preexisting awning, and were given the information for this company to do the install each year. 3 years later and it still continues to be the absolute biggest headache. Every single year we call in early March (this year, March 10th) and we wait months for the install to occur. They have appalling customer service and use the same excuse of scheduling “group install” based on location, yet they don’t seem to have an actual schedule, just lie after lie promising “next week” but unfortunately never show up. For an awning that in Michigan we get May-August to enjoy if we are lucky, it’s incredibly frustrating to go through this hassle year after year, when we can’t enjoy our patio (despite warm weather) because they never show up to do the install in a timely fashion. If you are looking for an awning, look elsewhere!Update here...apologies for the length. Over the past months, my husband has been calling and speaking to the company on the phone - eager and anxious for updates and plans as to when they think they’ll be in our area for install as things are definitely heating up in Michigan. During his weekly call today, he was told that we were removed from the list due to the fact that I put this review out here. It appears that they had already been in our area since his call last Thursday, but due to a review speaking to how delayed their install has been for us, we received no service at all. It was then suggested that if we take the review down, they would put us back on the list and we’d have the install once they were back in my area (whenever that would be). Rather than either 1) replying to this initial review, or 2) reaching out to me directly to address...they opted to just remove us from the list and then try to barter with my husband to have it removed in exchange for their services. As stated above, clearly some concerns with customer service here.Further, when my husband suggested that we might need to find another service provider if the delays continue, which entails getting an appointment to have a new awning quoted, the question came to him as to whether he contacted RO Awning to have them come out and do a new awning quote (??). He asked “why would I be calling and asking you to come out and give me a quote on a new awning, when I already have a solid awning and i am just waiting so long for your install services? The only reason I need to have a new awning quoted is because other companies won’t come out and install the existing awning that i currently have.” The response was “You should just go with another company, thanks”....followed by him being hung up on.So in summary, when they do awning repair work (done for us in Spring 2019), it comes out well. When they install the awning (done for us in 2017, 2018 and 2019), it comes out well. However, you have to be willing to put up with some incredible delays and uncertainty on timing, and when you voice an opinion on their services provided you are met with RO Awning’s version of extortion (e.g. “pull down your review and we’ll install”) and an ultimately disappointing outcome. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and feel that this review here is only the first stop on my many efforts to make sure the area (friends, family, acquaintances, strangers) are aware of how they do business.

Well after someone came out and measured he said will send you an estimate never called I called five times they never call you back don’t waste your time with company.
