Have gone here many times, the gentleman that I believe is the owner is so kind and helpful.
My most recent experience was with Anna, and I’m so bummed that she couldn’t help me. She dropped the ball, I called her (Thursday) and asked for some stickers to be printed, sent her the email with the design, she got back to me the next day stating that the print was vertical and not horizontal so it might not come out how I expected. I then resent her the design in a landscape (horizontal) then called her to make sure she received it and would send me an invoice to have the job printed. I waited all day for it, called at 5 pm (they close at 5:30, and it was a Friday, so they’re closed on weekend) and she then told me on the phone that she forgot to send me the invoice, even after I called a few times and emailed her stating that I needed them for a baptism on Sunday, 11-17-24. Very very disappointed with her unprofessionalism, left without the stickers I needed, and now forced to go somewhere else. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had ordered menus and forgot to print a portion of my order forcing me to return. Graphic designer are talented but be aware of this: you have to spend time to closely scrutinize their work. I think they intentionally make big mistakes for you to miss so that you will have to order replacements charging you full price.

Needed passport-sized booklets printed for our family reunion which was fast approaching. Got a quote with the artwork, proofs to catch my errors, and the finished project was done under deadline! We really enjoyed working with Rocket Printing! The staff and the owner, Tony, went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Our booklets and valentines turned out amazing.
