Extremely RUDE Pharmacist. Went in to get a booster shot since my father (cancer patient/immunocompromized) lives with me and I need to be up to date on the booster so I dont shorten his already limited time. Pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending while insisting that "Per CDC" she was not allowed to give me the booster. She very loud and obnoxious, treated me like I was some drug addict asking for Hydrocodone, narcotics or some controlled substance. Interestingly enough I left and went to the pharmacy down the road CVS and they were able to give it to me. I asked the CVS pharmacist and they seemed surprised and this "Pharmacist's" bizarre attitude and assured me that I could get the shot without any issues. Unbelievable... such a BAD attitude and arrogant demeanor, no way for a healthcare "Professional" to act. Never going back to this pharmacy.

Rude cashier. Told her I was buying something because I had an allergic reaction. She said it was because I was wearing shorts today and it cold out even though I described what happened to her. She then went on to mention how she knew someone from Germany who says that they all dress warm and that we as Americans are proud of our ignorance.I guess this was her way of indirectly insulting me to my face. Seemed unnecessary to me as you could just tell you coworkers about a customer dressing like an idiot once they leave.Either way I also won't be returning because the prices almost anywhere else are cheaper.

Awful staff, not professional. I had two separate staff members ( the young blonde male pharmacist and a woman ) confirm medication was in stock on two separate days and that the prescriptions would be ready for pick up this afternoon.When I arrived I was told that they do not check the shelf stock prior to confirming and my prescriptions were in fact not available and had been out of stock for quite some time.Absolutely no accountability was taken for the inconvenience caused by the incompetent staff members.

Empty shelves, nobody working the store other than the one person on the front register, pharmacy doesn’t count they never know where anything is. I cannot believe how bad this place has gotten I mean there are completely empty sections. I managed a Rite Aid about 20 years ago and I would’ve been fired on the spot if my store looked like this one.

The cashier made my day! I had $85 in purchases and she told me someone earlier in the day left an unused coupon. She used it on my purchase and it saved me $11.00. I have never had a cashier do that before.

This is a good drugstore, I have found things in stock here that cannot be found at other stores. HOWEVER, PSA... This store does not stay open until 10:00 on Sundays!! I have tried to shop here at 9:00 p.m. on Sundays at least three times and they are never open. They have a sign up that says due to staffing unavailability they're closed.... So maybe they should change their hours posted on Google!! ?

Horrible pharmacy. Really atrocious. Never getting my medication sent there ever again. I’ve gone into withdrawals several times because of their lack of communication. Meds are sent there that I need to take every day, I show up to pick up, they tell me they don’t have it in stock for DAYS. Instead of calling me and warning me so that I can send somewhere else! Someone needs to retrain like everyone in pharmacy there ?

Pharmacy customer service is atrocious. I’ve come twice to get a Tdap shot, once with an appointment and once without. Both times had to wait 30+ mins. I walked out the first time. Pharmacist too busy chit chatting to do their job.
