Went here for an MRI on my knee only to find out their equipment is outdated and doesn't accommodate larger knee sizes. I was told that only certain facilities had newer/updated equipment to accommodate my knee. What I'm most upset about is WHY is measurement of the knee not an intake question. Had I known that this location wouldn't work for my knee size, I wouldn't have wasted all of that time driving and waiting. Instead, I would have just made an appointment at an appropriate facility (one of their other locations). PLEASE make measuring the knee part of the intake questions so as not to waste pts time and money.

RMI is a fabulous place for any imaging. Entire staff is fabulous. And portal is easy to use to access results.
