You guys-ladies get RIPPED OFF yet?? There is a manager that works there, he just seems very very off and looks like he had just received a MUG Shot! He doesn't care about customer service!! ATTENTION UPPER Manager there is a replacement needed!! TERRIBLE SERViCE and Terrible Repairs!! so DID YOU GET RIPPED OFF YET???

My car was having issues and I sent an email after hours asking if I could bring it in. I received a prompt response telling me that they could diagnose it in the morning. I brought it in and they were able to both diagnose it and repair it the same day for a very reasonable price. I also found the employees to be very friendly and forthcoming. I will certainly bring my car back if it requires more service; although, I hope that won't be in the near future.

My car was stalling. I emailed Precision after hours about coming in the next day. I received a reply very quickly saying I could come in. I brought in my car a little before 10:00. They did a diagnostic quickly and called me to let me know the problem. The price was very reasonable and it was ready before the close of business that day. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Went into the shop because my Equinox was giving me a reduced engine power message the shop said that it was a gas pedal sensor and spent over $1,000 on the repair just to pick up my car a week and a half later and have the same problem, and then was told not to bring it back there because they did everything that they could do. Went to another shop the owner Mitch figured out the problem in less than 20 minutes it was just a dirty throttle body and he replaced it for nothing and told me that he felt sorry for me because there was no way I should have had to replace the gas pedal

Car has been in the shop Three times and still hasn’t been fixed properly and now it’s on the side of the road waiting on a Tow truck !

I have not had work done here lately. But in the past, Marc and his team has replaced 1 engine on a 2013 f150, 2 separate truck transmissions on two similar 2006 f150 4x4s, breaks, alignments, electrical issues, brakes, ball joints, rockers, etc etc on my work trucks. Plus replacing body parts on a f150 when someone t-boned one of my employees back in 2016-2017, and he had to deal with all state insurance guy coming out and being a stickler and it all worked out. He even personally drove me home one day rather than taking an Uber. Great service and great person. Thanks to Marc and his team.
