Arguably the best customer service I have ever experienced, not only was Noah super helpful in assisting me with selecting steaks, but he was incredibly kind and personable, gave me a great deal. During a time when everyone is knee deep in holiday stress and madness, it was a great shopping experience. I will definitely be back!

I love omaha steaks but I go out of my way to drive to the Novi location. There are two white women that work the counter that are extremely rude and demeaning.

I placed a order around the 29th of march. I ordered a lasagna and tired it last night. It was the WORST lasagna i ever tired. There was almost no a sauce and it had a lot of water in it.I would not order or recommend it.

Knowledgeable employees, fantastic cleaning practices, the lady who helped us was extremely helpful and very kind. The jerky is out of this world, but the prices are high for what you get. The meat itself is of decent quality, but again overpriced. With such great employees it almost makes the price worth it. Almost, but not quite.

History: This business was founded in 1917. Omaha Steaks gets its beef in Nebraska the single largest industry, and Omaha has been the country's meatpacking center since the 1950's. Enough said, so read on.I received a mini catalog in the mail back in February advertising Spring items to cook or BBQ for the month of March. On March 16th a letter advertisement arrived with a $19.99 per item sale. Just in time to "Spring Outdoors" at my Char-broil grill to cook. With the Coronavirus hitting Michigan plus the Governor's order to stay home, I am sad to miss my local Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn steak restaurants when dining out. *Omaha $19.99 Sale expires 4/19/2020*On Monday, March 23rd I called this store to check stock and hope to pre-order if it was acceptable. When I called ahead with my shopping list "Trish" was so kind enough to check inventory for my 16 items. It was a positive phone call knowing that Trish was now working at this Royal Oak location. My other favorite nearby location in Rochester is now Closed. Wonder Why?This business always has quality stock with many cuts of meats, seafood, pork, sides, casseroles, crock pot items, breakfast items plus jerky and seasonings to compliment the taste and flavor of cooking. Sometimes there's a freebie with a monthly or holiday special. Sign up for their mailing lists with detailed catalogs. Then shop ahead by phone or shop on line for a delivery to your home. Home delivery time can be from 7 to 10 days in which your boxed frozen items are carefully wrapped in a large styrofoam cooler containing dry ice blocks to keep items frozen while shipping. I have been a satisfied and faithful customer for over 14 years with Omaha steaks at the Rochester location. Since visiting here in Royal Oak twice, this store is now on my permanent meat market radar.This Omaha store is very organized upon walking inside with self serve or ask an employee to help you shop from your list of advertisement and coupons. The wall coolers are labeled with many items: chicken, easy meals, seafood, pork, vegetables, potatoes, appetizers, desserts, and of course "Where's the beef?" This store sells many cuts of steaks in many different "ounce" sizes and box packaged in different portions.Examples: Beef Tenderloin Filet with or without bacon wrapped, Ribeye, New York Strip, T-Bone, and Porterhouse Steaks. The steaks are vacuum sealed at the peak of tenderness with special packaging in a box which keep fresh 3 months in your freezer. It was nice to walk in after my 30 minute road trip to see my order ready by Trish in a special cooler area for holding items with call ahead customers as myself. I also did a "Yelp check-in" to receive my "Free Bag of Jerky" Teriyaki sticks (3 ounce) naturally photo attached. :-)My sub total before the discount sale prices was $312.94. With the promotion for $19.99 on many of my items purchased, I saved 62% off my bill for a total purchase of $188.89.Spring has sprung and so has grilling time!
