Noah working there was so sweet and amazing. Wasn’t pushy and was very helpful. We will be back just because of him. The steaks 10/10 the apply tarts 100/10!

Arguably the best customer service I have ever experienced, not only was Noah super helpful in assisting me with selecting steaks, but he was incredibly kind and personable, gave me a great deal. I love omaha steaks but I go out of my way to drive to the Novi location. There are two white women that work the counter that are extremely rude and demeaning.
