Something has changed dramatically with this business! I had had fantastic experience here in the past but my most recent experience with my 11 year old son was horrible. My son was tested for strep and when I asked when we would get results I was told 2 days. Which conveniently coincided with the telehealth follow up visit I was told to schedule. When I cancelled the visit and asked how I could get the results of his strep test I was told the purpose of the telehealth visit was to give me his results. Billing for TWO visits just to get results of a strep test?? Now I’ve been billed for two outpatient office visits and the number on the bill is not a functioning number. Would absolutely recommending staying away from this business!!!

FRAUD, I'm concerned about my recent visit; my insurance was billed for services I didn't receive. Basic checks like heart monitoring, ear, and mouth examinations weren't performed.

This Urgent Care is always efficient and knowledgeable about all my medical issues. The staff is exceptional!

I strongly recommend avoiding this pathetic so called urgent care and its staff top to bottom. The only time I went there, Dr. Mo Bazy messed up my CPT medical codes (per his own staff) and sent them to another testing lab. The lab then used these codes to charge my insurance company but the codes didn't process correctly with my insurance and I ended up paying good chunk of money out of my pocket. I called this urgent care numerous times over 3 months period and they kept promising me to correct the issue but these empty promises never materialized. They earned this negative comment fair and square but I still feel like I overrated this urgent care and its staff by giving them one whole star.

Made an appointment online and showed up the entire place was locked and closed. Called another location and they said we don’t know anything. Drove 30 min for no reason

Excellent urgent care experience, they were able to see me right away and the P.A. on staff was very helpful and professional.
I may use them for primary care in the future.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and was in need of a new primary care provider. I wanted to establish care with a Nurse Practitioner, so I made an appointment at Oakland Medical.
I had a specific complaint and was surprised at the inadequate exam that was performed. The medical assistant did not weigh me, only asked my height and weight.
I complained of right lower back and abdominal pain. The NP touched my abdomen while I was sitting in the chair, which is not the way you examine someone. As I was leaving she said, "I forgot to listen to your heart and lungs."
Nurse Practitioners are known for their thorough examination techniques and skilled history taking. I will not go back.
The receptionist, on the other hand, was exceptional.

Telehealth should always be this easy! I just needed a simple prescription refill and the kind Nurse Practitioner was able to help immediately. Zero wait times - I was in and out of the video call within minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick and efficient health care solutions.

Receptionist was dry and not very informative on the details of service. For that i’d say it’s already an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience and will not want to continue with services.
