The team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and wise, offering highly accurate InBody scanning and personal recommendations for supplements, vitamins, and meal-prep. They care about you as a person and not just a sale, leading you in the right direction without forcing products you do not need. The meal preps are perfect. This place is a great small business, the owner literally gave me a whole free meal shaker cup and a few other goodies all for free, he went above and beyond. Showed me the back, treated me like his friend not a money hungry typical owner. Great experience will be back for sure. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!!!!!

This is the place to go if you’re looking for someone who actually cares about you as a person and not a sale. They rather lead you in the right direction even if it means losing a sale. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dalton is the man. The meal preps are perfect as well make sure to try them out
