Our whole mattress shopping experience was wonderful due to the fact that our sales lady Robin was patient and took the time to inform us about each mattress and quality so we could make the best choice for our sleeping styles. The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Definitely in good hands.

I like using this mattress shop, Instead of big chain store. There was no pressure to buy, could take my time, try every mattress they had. I had purchased a small twin many years ago as well. Robin really stepped up to the plate to help me out with an issue. I was surprised I had a favorable outcome. Not the shops fault but the mattress companies.

Very informative about products. Very disappointed with the delivery because I was not advised that there would be a charge to remove the headboard that was on the frame that was being removed and replaced. The part that was really ridiculous was that only a screw driver and pair of pliers were needed, which the drivers didn’t have and I had to provide. This doesn’t seem fair to me. Why don’t the delivery men carry tools and why wasn’t the disassembly fee disclosed in advance?

Make sure you understand their policy to remove your old mattress. It must be spotless and clean. LOL. Like you replace a perfect mattress. Maybe try Costco if you want a deal? (& can get rid of the mattress by yourself).

Wow! What awesome service we received here. My husband and I were in search of a new mattress and we both had different preferences on types of mattresses we thought we'd like. The daughter who owns her store with her mom was super helpful, giving Recs and letting us try out each mattress. We went to a large mattress store after this and got terrible service and Ended up going right back to Mattresses and beyond to buy our mattress. We love it! Highly recommend.

There was a little mix up with my box spring order when it came to delivery day. I was not very happy, but these folks ended up making it right.Delivery was quick and painless. Drivers were masked, cautious, and friendly. In and out, no problem.Thank you again for the opportunity to support local businesses.

If you don’t buy your mattress from Robin and her family you are doing yourself a huge disservice. They KNOW mattresses and truly want you to find the perfect fit. They are customer service superstars, and they sincerely research and stand behind the brands that they carry.I stumbled upon Mattresses and Beyond after a nightmare experience with a former corporate store, located across the street. After months of delays and frustration with our order, I canceled it and went to Mattresses and Beyond. Robin spent a few hours with me and my husband as we plopped from mattress to mattress trying to decide. She was so patient, honest and knowledgeable. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.Thank you Robin, we love our mattress and so do our dogs ?
