Came here to the marathon for gas this morning, now on my credit card there is a pending charge for $175 under "Cat Sales" in Royal Oak, something is shady here, tried calling no one answers. why would you hold $175 for gas authorization or my CC info was stolen from here. Be Careful here!!!

Had my son take my mother’s car here about 5:45 last night 3/15/23 and the car came back dirtier than what it left. My mom rarely drives her car maybe four times a month and otherwise it’s kept in the garage. Horrible job of drying off the car and there was loads of dirt all over the car. It was like they used dirty mop water lol for $18. Unacceptable. Will not be patronizing this over priced poor quality business. It has changed since they have acquired many other locations.

I went to put $20 on my gas tank and they lady just straight up ignored me. Then when I told her $11.42 only was approved she called me back in and asked me why I didn’t pay they full $20. Like if you listened you would have. Plus it doesn’t help she was rude and had both headphones in continuing to ignore me. Plus two other people walked out because she is that rude. Get better workers please.

This has been the busiest Marathon gas station/car wash. I've never seen this place is dead. It's Sunday at 5:25 PM. There's a huge line for the wash. Most of the vacuum stations are also being occupied. There are 12 pumps. Luckily the Jax Kar wash here moves fairly quickly. Gas should be $2.35 if you get a car wash. I get why this place is always so busy. Their car washes are decent, for the price. It's apparent with the length of the lines for the wash, that the exterior only wash is the most popular. There are a few to no unlimited members here. The number nine pump was not printing out the receipt, annoying. My husband had to go inside to get a receipt. It was around $38 to fill up the tank. Not cheap. Gas was $2.45/gallon. They have now changed their policy on the gas price. You can only get the $.10 discount if you are an unlimited car wash member, that's asinine. The exterior car wash is $8 here, for some water and soap, as the attendant had flatly told me I was getting. That's the last time I come to this ridiculous place, that screws over the non-unlimited members. I feel like I got raked over the coals by this marathon. The guy that guided me in gave me a little pathetic squirt of water i The car looks somewhat whiter and a bit clean. Let's see when I get out of the car. They did a pretty sad job of drying my car. I would only get the car wash here, because it jacks and they do usually do a decent job and have decent machines. I take it back, their machines are deplorable as is the gas station and I still have a lot of dirty spots all over the car afterwards. This place is surely to dissatisfy you and leave you thoroughly disappointed. I feel annoyed after this gas station trip.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE- I'm writing this to warn you of the con that happens there. So for the past couple of years I have been in the $44.95 monthly fee. A few months ago I wanted to get my back seat done and the short leprechaun looking guy charged me $96.00. When I stopped by there this weekend I seen that for $96.00 it was to get the Superior clean. When I addressed it to the lady standing behind the counter she laughed at me cause she knew what individual I was talking about then goes on to insult my intelligence more by asking me why I didn't say anything. Although I didn't have an answer for her she continues to make it obvious that the situation was still amusing to her. What I dare to ask the owners is how is it funny that you know your employees are out there knowingly and willing overcharging the customers. I made it plan to the leprechaun I just wanted the back seat done and if memory serves me correct that service is only $16 not $96.00. Beware everyone I know I'm not the only person that got took and still are getting taken.

These 1-star reviews must be OUTDATED. The clerk that rang me up was sharp, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! I pumped 5 gallons, and everything was smooth. AND their air (for your tires) is FREE! This is my new favorite gas station! I'm gonna drag on up from Midtown from now on!

Running out of gas on Woodward would be more convenient than trying to buy gas here. The pumps always sputter, and never hold. Plus, if you like bugs, this gas station is always crawling with them. I'd gone years without stopping here. I look forward to beginning a new long-term absence.

Not happy at all!!! My credit card wasn't working on the machine because it is a French one, it is something normal, usualy it works at the cash register. The cashier didn't want to let me pay at the cash register, she asked for my driving licence and then refused to look at it because it was a French one and not an american one. This is completely crazy. I don't recommend this place at all!

Stopped in for gas, filled the tank, got back in my car and the smell of gas was overwhelming. Now sitting at my desk, I can still smell the gas. Last visit to this place.
