Whether you are shopping for gold, diamonds, stainless or tungsten, the staff give you the same respect, service and friendliness. I would recommend this place even though they're not that close to me; they're worth the trip!!

I was having great difficulty putting on my necklaces because the clasps were too small. Susie was really helpful in getting something better, but still beautiful! She never made me feel rushed.

Kramar Jewelry was the location my husband got my engagement ring. I had given him the vague instructions of “vintage-looking”. No specific cut or details, nothing to go on. He went to four other stores with zero luck, they all needed him to order it before he saw it. He went to Kramar and did a wonderful job in guiding him to the correct setting and then the correct center stone. It is absolutely breathtaking and one of a kind. We went back to get our wedding bands and they helped us find great styles within our budget in less than an hour. We will definitely go back for any future jewelry purchases.

Have had excellent service and assistance in redesigning my diamond necklace, using stones from my grandmother and mothers jewelry,now a precious memory around my neck, which I wear every day!Also had a necklace designed for my daughter, as well as diamond ring reset to halo design, which I adore.

I spent a lot of time looking online and in brick and mortar stores to find the best looking engagement rings at the lowest price. Kramer Jewelry was the best by far! Not only that, but their staff was a pleasure to work with and used their decades of experience to help me make the right choice! I would highly recommend this place.

I found Kramar Jewelry when searching for a local business to appraise a few special jewelry pieces. The staff was very helpful and informative when I called to get more information as well as during the entire process at their location. They were able to complete all my appraisals quickly without an appointment for a reasonable cost and with great service. Highly recommend and will be one of my first choices when shopping for additional pieces of jewelry!

I have bought anything gold here. I love it. Recently had my Moms rings reset etc. I love the craftsmanship. One was completely a tear apart.Everyone was very helpful.

These people were very friendly and always seemed to be happy to help me. Overall it was a very nice experience for me and helped me feel knowledgeable about my decision on picking out an engagement ring when walking into the store I knew nothing about diamonds. the finished product couldn’t have come out any better and we will for sure be coming back for our wedding bands! 5/5 stars all around!
