Karl, wonderful wife Laura and the entire staff have given me nothing less than 5 star service. I have been treated with genuine kindness and sincerity each and every time that I have visited their place of business. They have cared for my almost 20 year old BMW each and every time as if It were priceless. They take time to listen, explain and they always get it right the first time. Pricing is always fare. Trust me, I would never go anywhere else. They are the absolute authorities and they go beyond in customer care..Services: Battery

I had my car towed from the dealer for Engine Replacement. We purchased a re-manufactured engine from Mercedes with a 4 year 50K Benz warranty for our 2015 C300. Most places wanted to put a used engine, but my research shows the original 2015 has a lot of problems. The engine purchased is a replacement one , which Mercedes Benz changed. James completed the installation and it's like a new car. Mr. and Mrs. Heinz gave us great service! They are very busy for a reason.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Karl and his crew took great care of us when we were broke and driving ancient Mercedes cars at the end of their service lives. Honest, competent, and fairly priced. As our cars got better, we continued to bring them here, always with great work and really kind service. Highly recommended!

Above and beyond. I arrived into Metro Detroit after a 3k mile trip from AZ for Thanksgiving. I had misfires in 2 cylinders of my ML350. The Local Dealer told me they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Karl Heinz got me in on that following Tues, week of Thanksgiving... And had me on my way back to AZ on time. The Tech even stayed until 4pm the day before Turkey Day so I could leave on Friday. The Owner was a delight, pricing was totally fair, and I made it back 3k miles safe and sound. I've found my Mercedes Benz Mechanic when I'm visiting Family in Metro Detroit. Thank you so very much, Karl Heinz Staff and Owner. ♥️

Don't waste your time on this place. The owner, Karl, is a crotchety, old and miserable. He is perpetually rude and the couple of workers there are clearly embarrassed and intimidated by him. I went with a couple of questions and if appropriate, I was ready to spend my hard earned money to have him fix my car. He literally stated aggressively and dismissively to me, 'I have no time for that'. I've had repairs done is the past and he always...always...tries to get out anything having to do with a part warranty. You don't get a lot of confidence in getting you car worked on with the owner evading backing up his work. He states, 'you'll pay me and it's up to you to deal with the company for the warranty'. And these are parts that he supplied!!! You work hard fo your money. Don't waste your time on this place. There are other euro auto shops to go to. He's not the only one in town. Lastly, I feel bad for the couple of guys that work there. The one guy, who seems to always be there, is pretty nice.

Expect professional, fair pricing and timely work and only original parts for your car. I'm satisfied with their work.

Wow where to begin with this place. I brought my vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. I didn't love the reviews but figured for something small how could it go wrong. Firstly their service is awful, no one in the lobby when you enter, you have to wander around looking in through doorways for someone to help you. Then when you do find someone you'll find them with a rude and condescending attitude. After receiving the write-up of my vehicle they included things that made no sense, such as an oil change and alignment (done only 200 or 300 miles before this inspection), things that were simple light a dead bulb were claimed to be a "wiring issue". It wasn't and with a $5 bulb in place the light now works fine. The final straw was when I came to pick the vehicle up, I received no call that the vehicle was done or when I should come to pick it up. I learned that the inspection was complete from the buyer of my vehicle. I went to pick the car up, and of course there was no one there to assist customers. No one in the lobby, people in the shop ignored me and so I grabbed my key from the pile of unsecured keys just laying on the table in the shop and left. This shop is terrible and if I broke down in front of the place, I would rather pull my car with my teeth to any other mechanic then have to deal with them. Disappointing.

I had front sway bar links replaced as mine were starting to crack. After picking the vehicle up, I started hearing loud rattling while driving. Went straight to a MB dealership and learned the bolts were not tightened properly. The few $$ saved were spent by paying for a diagnostic to have the bolts tightened. In the end, I wasted time AND money. The other work done was comparable in cost (parts & labor) to the dealership. I was also quoted $1000 for a Service B on my vehicle because of the miles. Why on earth would I pay this shop more than twice the amount the dealership charges for Service B? Beware! You get what you pay for. Save your money, save your time and protect your investment. Go to the dealership. The cost for service and repairs is not that different.

They know European cars like no one else around. Fair but firm pricing. Much better deal and more knowledgeable than dealerships I have worked with. Straight shooters.

I had my CLS550 towed on a weekend. I called Monday morning to inquire about the car and was yelled at because the tow driver left the car in a place that they considered inappropriate. I apologized, even though I wasn't actually responsible. I then told the "gentleman" that the car simply needed a serpentine belt. I was told that they didn't have time to do the repair and would be closed for the holidays. Mind you, it was six days before Christmas. I took an Uber to an auto parts store, bought a belt and replaced it myself in the cold. It took all of 20 minutes. So thanks KHAC for saving me some money. But if you need a repair and aren't mechanically inclined, look at the other reviews and proceed with caution.

This is a truly professional place to bring a Mercedes or BMW for service. The business model is honesty and accuracy. The owner is actively involved in the quality.

The owner is very demeaning and rude. He had my car for four months and did not “fix” it until I called. He told me it needed brakes but did not quote me a price. I had to have the car towed to another facility where they put the brakes on in three hours. To make matters worse when I picked up the car the check engine light was on and the car was sputtering. The next day I drove it and it cut off and had to be towed. Took it back to mechanic and not Carl, he told me I need two sensors. I told him to proceed with the work. Work took four hours and car is running perfectly. Bottom line is I would never recommend him to no one!
