The instructors are high energy and really get you in the mood to give your best! The moves are pretty easy to follow and most instructors cue (let you know what move is coming up) very well. This group is like an encouraging family, even for the guys like me who work out here!

I’ve come in here twice when visiting my family, they are so fun, professional and accommodating. The first time there were only 2 in the class, the second time I brought 10 family members to an already packed class of 30 for a Christmas gift. Love, love, love going to classes here!! Every single person that works here is FANTABULOUS!!! I truly miss them and my workouts when I can't be there!! ❤️
