CUSTOMERS BEWARE- I'm writing this to warn you of the con that happens there. So for the past couple of years I have been in the $44.95 monthly fee. A few months ago I wanted to get my back seat done and the short leprechaun looking guy charged me $96.00. When I stopped by there this weekend I seen that for $96.00 it was to get the Superior clean. When I addressed it to the lady standing behind the counter she laughed at me cause she knew what individual I was talking about then goes on to insult my intelligence more by asking me why I didn't say anything. Although I didn't have an answer for her she continues to make it obvious that the situation was still amusing to her. What I dare to ask the owners is how is it funny that you know your employees are out there knowingly and willing overcharging the customers. I made it plan to the leprechaun I just wanted the back seat done and if memory serves me correct that service is only $16 not $96.00. Beware everyone I know I'm not the only person that got took and still are getting taken.

I needed a car wash in the dead of winter after a huge snow storm and i've been to other Jax Car Washes and know the price of your basic exterior wash. I had so much salt built up on my car and needed to get it off so I drive through and just ask for a basic exterior wash, and I give them money. As I drive away, I think to myself that they wayyy over charged me, almost by $10. I then called not 15 minutes after my wash to speak to someone asking how much a basic wash was and they told me the original price that I thought it was, at every other jax wash, not after I had a little attitude from the employee. I then ask to speak to the manager because I was severely over charged. No answer. I then leave a voicemail for them to kindly call me back and explained what had happened. This was almost a month ago and no response. Not a big deal to lose $10, I mean it is, but the fact that at this location the employees can treat a customer poorly and then the manager won't take time to call back, yes it was over a little thing, but still not great customer service and I think it may be a while, if ever if I return to this location.
