Howie Glass was absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was quick and responsive when it came to getting someone out to get us a quote. Their quote for our shattered, large front window was very reasonable. The two guys that came and installed the window were very thorough and professional! I could not recommend them enough!

I had a cracked bedroom window and Chris R. came to give me an estimate and take measurements to get the glass ordered. The glass came in about a week and then I was lucky enough to get Chris to come back again to get it installed. The replacement glass was definitely much more economical than getting a whole new window. The new glass looks perfect and now I'm all set for winter temperatures. The whole process was easy and took less time than I thought. Chris was a delight to talk to and one of the nicest people I've ever met. If I ever need ANYTHING glass related in the future, I will definitely be calling Howie Glass again!!

Great service. Due to unforseen traffic delay, we were running late to pick up our screen repair, and the owner waited for us 15 minutes past closing time. We were so appreciative as we drove 30 miles to get there. That is customer service!!

I purchased two circular ceramic tables and the store (Z-Gallerie) informed me I need to get glass tabletops to protect the ceramic. I'm not entirely familiar with this process so I went to Lowe's and Home Depot. Lowe's doesn't do it; Home Depot only has standard sizes that can only be ordered online. A kind gentleman from Lowe's in Madison Heights told me to go to Howie's Glass, and I'm so grateful for his referral. Keith is amazing; kind, straight-forward, extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient. I got one custom glass so far for the end table, which has nonstandard dimensions. I haven't opened it quite yet because I'm in the process of moving, but I know it's going to be perfect. I will be coming back once I get my coffee table.

What a pleasure doing business with them! This business is run on trust; you don't pay until the job is done. We needed 7 windows fixed after kids threw rocks through our vacant rental's windows, since we live out of state, it's a bit tricky to orchestrate minor things (like estimates, letting people in the residence, etc!) Howie Glass was excellent to work with & I recommend them highly. Their work is also great!!
