“Let me start off by saying, we didn't buy a single thing from the store. HOWEVER, our experience while shopping was absolutely perfect from start to finish. After a long day of shopping at box stores with pushy sales-people, we were greeted by Julie, who gave us a quick lay of the land, served us a sparkling water and sent us on our way to browse solo (much appreciated). Buying furniture is such a big decision/expense for most and while much of what was in the store (drool-worthy, hand-crafted pieces) was unattainable for our budget, we were treated like anybody else. At the end of our shopping, Julie gave my partner and I a much needed pep-talk on purchasing & furnishing our first home, reminding us to take it slow and be deliberate, to save our money for those pieces we can't live without but not to rush.
