Great quality products, reasonable prices. We don’t do our main grocery shopping here but it’s fantastic for those odds and ends or for deli/meats! Checkout lanes are always quick and the staff is very friendly every time we come in.

I started shopping at Hollywood Market at age 6, when I would shop with my mom! I've lived on the West Coast where I had access to healthier foods and gourmet brands before they were mainstream. Hollywood Market has kept up with variety, a good selection of brands and a great poultry selection. I like the small, friendly nature of the store. They haven't lost their roots.

Good value neighborhood store. Unfortunately the cashiers aren't professional enough to mention their rewards program or give cutomers a second to sign up (via text process)1/4/24 Update: After mentioning my bad experience while checking out, a manager reached out to me and indicated they provided customer service training to the cashier Interacted with. This is a big deal to me because it shows management cares about the customer experience and listen to customers feedback.

Nice grocery store, it takes me back to the good old days of smaller, full service stores that have all but disappeared in these days of huge mega stores. It's a pleasure to shop here.

I’ve been a Hollywood customer my whole life, both as a little kid in the cart & continuing as an adult. It’s truly my favorite grocery store in the area & has a small-town neighborhood feel. Locally owned, excellent selection of items, fantastic meat counter, reasonably priced, sized & organized well to be quickly walkable, your items are bagged for you at check out, friendly long-term staff & the manager will research and add new products if you ask. Supportive employer of the disabled. Absolutely superior customer service. New rewards system with online coupons + gas discount at Speedway.

This place has become horrible. There was water dripping through the ceiling into the produce today. They tried to put out buckets but there was still nasty water dripping through the ceiling onto food. The selection here well, there is no selection here. The deli now closes at six again basically when the rest of the world gets off. If you don’t have enough staff to manage then open a little later and stay open so the people who have freaking jobs can shop during the week. They call themselves a local grocery, yet it’s kind of tough to find local products here. They used to carry them but now they’re store brand it out of Massachusetts or something they got rid of the Michigan brand. Please just close down so we can level the place and build a real grocery store maybe we can get a Publix up here.After your response about the deli, I see you’ve rolled the hours back from 6 to 5 now. Come on guys, it’s time to just close the doors and let somebody else take a try.

I've going to this Hollywood Market on Main Street since I was a kid and I love that when I have not a clue as to what I'll be preparing for dinner tonight I can always find inspiration at the meat counter. The staff have always been more than helpful too. I only wish that they offered more products from the Spartan line of foods.

Love the 12 mile and Campbell store. Royal Oak store is not nearly as good. 12 mile store gets 5 stars.

I have come to this market on several occasions and have some serious complaints that I hope the staff will see and correct or I will no longer be shopping at the Hollywood Market. For starters the bottle return machines are only open until 8pm which is a great inconvenience and makes very little sense since the machines do not require a human to operate and simply print receipts. My next complaint comes in the form of a guessing game many items on the shelves do not have stickers of the prices making me feel like I'm on the Price is right guessing which item is going to cost what. ive encountered a few cashiers who make strange comments to me and seem to be a little crabby, aren't you happy that your an employee at the Hollywood market? The prices on some items in comparison to target or ALDIs is insane I know the world is hurting because of inflation but I am spending over $100 on four bags that aren't even full of groceries concerning yes but when I go to target I leave with money in my pocket.
