If i could i gave Zero star for this agent.
I booked car online and once i arrive the Guy said we don’t have cars for you, i ask him to find for me car any other location related to Hertz, he said i can’t help you. And i had a hard time looking for another car. Then after a week they use my Credit card to deduct a one day rent , They are Cheaters be careful.

A different location didn’t have the vehicle we reserved, Royal Oak went above and beyond to get us in the car. The manager Mike is a life saver. 10 minutes before they closed on Saturday he stayed to work through the issues with pick up/drop off, cleaned the car, and was patient with our issues. Phenomenal customer service. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you for saving our 4th of July plans last minute!!!

This one female employee here is unbelievably rude. Use Enterprise or another company. They treat their customers horrifically. Zero stars world be appropriate.

I wish I could give- No stars. For the second time (my bad for going back) they didn't have the car I requested. Not to mention I received the call regarding NO CAR the day of my rental. Which they know leaves very little choice. But DO NOT WORRY they take that payment! I got some old car, radio didn't work with the first one, and the second- the car was filthy. Spend 20 more dollars and go elsewhere. A complete joke.EDIT:Those are kind words, but people really just want what you offer. Not to mention, I literally just hung up w your customer service for a refund that I was told had already been issued... you guys need to get it together.ERIN

This Hertz branch is a disaster! Absolutely unfriendly, incompetent and totally unmotivated staff. The room for improvement is endless. I canceled the planned takeover of the rental car today and will certainly find an alternative with the competition.
