Completely disinterested in selling me any shoes. I walked in with only one other customer in the store, and started asking about some shoes I need. The sales rep handed me a pair of shoes and walked away. I had to find the right size for myself. When I started asking about other shoes, another customer walked in, and the sales rep completely ditched me on the spot, to go help him. I have no idea if their selection is any good (their selection of insoles is pretty slim), because he wouldn't stick with me long enough to show me any. He spent more time trying to refer me to other stores, than talking about shoes. Can't imagine why I'd come back, if they can't be bothered to make an easy sale...

I was having an issue with my current running shoes and went to Hanson for a solution , they were super busy but still took the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing during my long runs and found me several options to choice from. I loved them so much I decided not to choose just one and brought home two pairs.

Hansons is one of Metro Detroit’s gems! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They get to know the style of running or walking that you do. They recommend the right running shoes for you. They turned me on to Brooks running shoes. Love this store and the employees. I highly recommend Hansons!

I just had to write a review of my great experience. The person helping me listened to what I was looking for, watched how I walked, and then pulled four different sneakers off the shelves for me to try on. The second one I tried was the perfect one. The customer service was great, there is a huge variety of sneakers but not overwhelming. If you're looking for a good pair of sneakers this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

So, I got here early in the day and was hoping to find the perfect running shoe... Unfortunately, I left empty-handed...The woman that helped me was very patient and helpful! However, after trying on 20+ pairs of shoes, we still didn't have a solution.She deferred to a male colleague, and he tried to help, but after he tried one thing that didn't work, they pretty much dismissed me. Also, he seemed like he was muttering under his breath about other customers and his fellow employees, so didn't make the best impression on me for that either.Ended up at Fleet Feet this week, tried on four pairs of shoes, they figured I needed an insole on one side, and I was out the door in 30 minutes, with a new pair of running shoes + insoles...

First time actually taking the time to invest in good running shoes and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff taking the time to ensure you get the best fit and function for your goals. Argental and her team did an outstanding job with customer service! She took the time to look at the shoes that I currently use and had me walk in them to see what type of support I needed. I probably tried on 10 different pairs of shoes. Once we had it narrowed down to 3 she had me compare one pair to the other walking around the store. She was also attempting to assist another difficult customer at the same time. She handled her situation very well! Anyone who is looking for running shoes I would highly recommend her as well her team!

The service is phenomenal here. The staff member who helped me was SO nice and excellent at providing shoe recommendations. I have a botched gait so she analyzed my walking and picked out shoes that would provide good support for me, and also taught me a method to tie my shoes more snugly since one of my feet is slightly bigger than the other. Come here to support a local business & get a quality pair of shoes ❤️
