Our family uses Fresh Approach multiple times per week. From larger shopping trips, to stopping for lunch, or some drinks, it is always a great experience. We know all the workers, who always greet us by name, and love seeing our toddler come with us. When he isn't there, they ask us how he is. Food quality is great, and pricing is fair. Lots of variety for a smaller store. GF options available for breads, snacks, and frozen meals! They are part of the reason we choose to stay in our neighborhood!

Awesome meat counter. Can get in and out of the store quickly. Prices are a bit higher, but the convenience is worth it.

I'm looking forward to being a customer again since I'm moving back to the area. The best tasting fruit because they buy fresh instead of unripe fruit you get at too many grocery stores.

A little pricey on some items, but it's great in a pinch. Meat department is good and the meat prices are competitive.

Decent little grocery store. But today during Mother’s Day, I was shopping for flowers and this old crusty man (probably the owner ?) was verbally harassing what I assume was a young female employee right next to me. I was really taken aback by this interaction and the fact that it was happening right next to me, the customer. I was very uncomfortable and I tried to leave as quickly as possible. If I was the owner I wouldn’t be shaming my employees like that. She was clearly uncomfortable and just trying to do her job.

Best small neighborhood grocery store around. They have the freshest produce, best butcher counter. They are always quick to help. Please go check them out. Nowadays, I would rather support a mom and pop business instead of a big box store.

They put up coupons for .50c off of cottage cheese .The coupons were expired so when I told the cashier that you guys(fresh approach) put them up and if the coupons were expired I would no longer like the product, she put the product back and still charged me for it. I’m in here quite often as I cook for work and require ingredients on the fly. The coupons weren’t in there a couple days ago. You need to look into hiring/training/communicating with the staff better or look into getting better management. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this establishment with issues similar to this. Oh the coupons expired in December meaning that you either didn’t look at the date or seen they were expired and still put them up. Very disappointing look as a business.

Love shopping here! Very convenient grocery store that caters to all my needs. The store is kept clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They carry great quality products at affordable prices and they also have a rewards program which is nice for frequent shoppers like myself.
