As I walked in the door, John greeted me, very friendly chap he owns the resale shop. Lots of high-end goodies he had this awesome chandler owned by Matt and Kelly Stafford. Some really nice furniture also had a huge Jimi Hendrix painting $10,000 dollars a little to rich for my blood. I did buy something, so it made my day! If you're in the area, I would recommend you stop in and say hi to John, and you never know you might buy something that will make your day!

JENNIFER, SINCE YOU BLOCKED ME ON MESSENGER SO I COULD NO RESPOND TO YOU MESSAGE, I AM RESPONDING HERE: Now Jennifer you know that I didn't think the 150. would cover everything you decided you wanted and I told you I would go over everything and see if it was right. You seemed to be in a hurry and rushing so I helped you so you could get going. But the whole situation was mixed up and disorganized and you established it to be 150. But as you can see from the list I sent you, you under paid me a great deal. I'm not supposed to just give you my brand new items for free so you can profit. I'm in this to make money too. You would think someone that owns a business would not take advantage of a senior citizen and not take care of this matter in a more professional way! RIDICULOUS!!!

Absolute worst communication and customer service EVER from Jennifer. We paid to have furniture sent to her shop for resale. She promised us a contract listing the items which we NEVER received. She would not answer phone calls or text messages. For months we were patient with her. We finally went into the store and met her mother. She was a very reasonable woman and offered her assistance in getting us paid for the items that sold. I would caution anyone thinking of doing business with Jennifer to reconsider. Her customer service skills and follow through do not exist.

***************************** from Everything Home Upscale Resale came to my home and picked up several items of furniture. She promised to deliver or email a contract. I asked her several times for the contract. She said she would return for more furniture and to drop off the contract. She returned and picked up more furniture, which included a table she then texted me she sold for $900. I have never received any money from ********. And I have no contract. I have texted her to ask about the money she owes me, and she does not respond. I cannot recommend doing business with this woman.

Shame on you for cheating people on the purchase of items from your shop! You have hurt and cheated a lot of people already vulnerable due to loss of family and estate sales. If you are reading this do not do business with this shop or the owner.

Beware of Everything Home store on Woodward Ave., Royal Oak. They are thieves calculated and manipulative. There are many reviews about them on other apps such as the next-door app relating the same concerns I bought $175 chandelier lamp from them when it was installed. It was obvious it was defective, they agreed that they would refund me $175. The next day they refused to give me the money. I have been trying to get in contact them they will not talk with me to resolve this. They did not keep their agreement they kept the lamb and I’m out $175 on ethical calculator scammers do not go there check out the money reviews on Nextdoor app and other places.

BEWARE THIEVES !!! unethical and decieptful- EVERYTHING HOME sold me a defective lamp for $175. Because of defect, I was promised a refund. the next day when I was to receive the money, Jennifer the owner would not pay me. she will not answer my attempts to contact her. she kept the lamp and my $175. I texted I would post about this and I came home today to find the defective lamp on my porch. in addition, there was my table lamp that was supposed to be sold on consignment sitting next to the other lamp. it was missing the shade! a very expensive shade. BEWARE OF EVERYTHING HOME. They regularly practice unethical, unprofessional, shady dealings. check out more accurate reviews like this one about their dishonest policy on google and next door app.

I felt very disrespected. The woman selling the designer bags showed me a bag with a very dirty liner, that had debris inside. When I asked if this could be cleaned before sold, I was told to buy a purse liner on Amazon. The price was high for the amount of wear and tear on these “gently” used pieces. Being a lady who loves the bargain of buying second hand designer pieces, and has been for ages, I can confidently say this type of behavior is not acceptable.

I was greated by friendly staff. I selected items, none priced. I was told this other person had to give me prices. They were jewlery items. She touched every peice to her face, she said she could tell if it was real that way? Also a pair of earings which she promptly put in her mouth, she said that's how I know the pearls are real. I am familiar with that test. But in the age of covid and other diseases I find it very unsanitary. I left with out purchasing, I won't go to the store or there off site sales again. "Price lady" very rude.
