I've been going to Dynfly for years - different locations and different colorists. Here's what they do right: the colorists are amazing. They're friendly and they do a great job. I love that Dynfly has a DIY blow dry bar complete with hair products and blow dryers. It's a great concept, with the idea that prices are cheaper than a regular hair salon because you're only paying for the color, not the blow dry or styling. But now, it's gotten pricey. For just the roots, it used to cost $35 in 2021. Towards the end of that year, it went to $39. No biggie. But every year after that, they've increased the cost by $10: $49 in 2022, $59 in 2023, and $69 in 2024. It's now about twice the amount from just 3 years ago. I give 5 stars for the service, but 1 star for the price gouging. Hence, 3 stars from me.

I have been going to Lindsey for my blonde highlights, and I am always so happy with the results! Finding someone who is good with blonde hair can be nerve wracking , but Lindsey is absolutely the best. She consistently delivers beautiful, natural-looking highlights that I love. She is also so nice and will LISTEN to exactly what you want!

Molly was great! However, they once again scheduled back to back appt. was for 10:30am…didnt get in the chair until after 11am .Then another client came in for their appt. Totally unfair to the hair technician. It is no wonder why they cant keep hair technicians. And the reason I only use this place for when I have to cover my gray roots now!. It really is too bad that they have no respect for their staff or their clients because the whole concept is a good idea, it is just not managed very well!
