Would be 0 if possible dude at register was retarded you put something on the counter you expect it to be rand up right? Not with him! He forgot I wanted 3 things not 2 purposefully so I couldn't get them all free with my coupon. GOOOOD LUCK whoever shops here for the (night shift)

As a former Rite Aid employee, I believe this CVS is a perfect neighborhood pharmacy. I get all my family's, including my dogs, prescriptions filled there and stop in for quick purchases when I don't have time to go to the grocery store. Even when the pharmacy is busy, the staff is always friendly and ready to answer questions. However, I wish the pharmacy had a drive-thru. Hint hint CVS. :)

Best cvs and customer service location ever in the history of the United States of America and the cvs brand as a whole this is a very great day for our country to have such a wonderful pharmacist he knows who he is ?there so efficient and knowledgeable about all my medications and they make sure I get them on time and the store manager is so nice and caring she always works so hard when I go in the store she's always working so hard

This CVS looks nicer from the outside. The store is not that clean inside and seems a bit disorganized too. They also do not have a public restroom. The people behind the pharmacy counter are not attentive to people waiting at the counter. I waited a few minutes while they worked on something and they talked to each other a bit. They both saw me and did not acknowledge my presence at all. I finally walked in front of them and interupted them to ask about a restroom and that is when they told me there is not a public restroom. When they saw me waiting they should have acknowledged me by saying something like: “We will be with you shortly; or just a moment.” Instead they just ignored me.

Be aware! There is a light skin kind of chubby young woman that works as a cashier using her rewards number instead of yours. I was at this location and she asked for my number which I normally enter manually. I ask her if I had any coupons on my card and she says no which I know is not true, she hurry’s up and hits print receipt and I was able to see a different email address that was not mine! To me that was petty to lie about! Close this location, it’s dead anyway.

Awful pharmacy. Clearly everyone here is overworked and exhausted, but they make it very clear in their tone and responses that they don't really care and don't have time for you. I wouldn't even go to CVS if I didn't have to because of Caremark, but I'm definitely going to be switching to a different CVS than this one. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and go to the Rite Aid down the street. They're lovely.

I think this store closed a couple years ago and they just forgot to tell everybody and lock the doors. This is definitely one of the most rundown CVS that are still around. I don’t know if they actually have cashiers because the last two times I was in I stood at the front counter for over five minutes waiting for somebody to come up. They do have a self check out register and a self check out lottery machine. Personally I still want human interaction when I go to the store. It’s very apparent that this store is not cared about by CVS corporate or the people who work here.

"SERVICE WITH A SMILE!" It's hard to find these days. It's understandable. Everyone has "stuff" going on. Everyone dealing with their own issues, losses, disappointment, baggage, etc. People working at jobs where maybe they don't feel appreciated. It's HARD not to allow it to effect the way you interact with customers. I get it.That is why being recieved with such kindness and a smile today was so appreciated. Great store. Great people!Go there and see for yourself. And when you leave, check out the wall in the vestibule. DAISY-LU is my 15 year old Staffordshire/Pit mix.She will make you smile!

Just popped in here to get a few things and use the ATM, while my son was getting a haircut next door. Had a great experience and want to shout out Selena, who was covering the photo counter and check out by herself. She was very attentive, helpful, and friendly!

Located on the very busy section of 12 near Main.Outside and the first steps in, it looks very dirty and rundown. Then once you get all the way inside it is a bright and fairly clean and large CVS. Beer and wine, no liquor. Lots of products, lots of options. The staff seemed nice. Decent prices.

I was looking for a particular item for nasal congestion and couldn’t find it. The two people working in the pharmacy came out and helped me find it. The item was 15.00 cheaper than at Walgreens, which was a bonus! I checked myself out because the cashier was busy helping another customer. After he finished helping him, he came over to me and asked if I found everything I needed and if I needed any help. I did not but appreciated his offer. You should be very appreciative and proud of your staff at this store.

Most shortages & problems are covid related in cause, employees are all great, friendly helpful. Problems getting many products like dairy from suppliers

I wish there was something less than a 1 rating I could give. The pharmacy had my prescription because it had been called in from the doctor a half hour ago, so I had no option of going somewhere else. The told me they were behind and it would be at least an hour. I had already used a half day vacation time to get to the Dr appointment and now I was burning more time to wait for the pharmacy. I gave up and went ad had lunch and came back--only to find out that they close for lunch from 1:30-2:00 DAILY which was not on their website. Now I'm using the rest of my day as vacation to sit in their parking lot.
