Lexi did an amazing job cutting 16 inches off my grandson’s hair! He was visiting from Japan and decided he was ready to donate his long hair to another little person who needed a wig. Lexi took care of all the necessary donation requirements too!!
Lexi was so kind and patient with him. He is only 5 and only had his hair cut once before when he was only a year old. I highly recommend Lexi- she is the BEST!!

Received an attitude as soon as I walked in the door for appointment, but they eventually lightened up. I called numerous times to let them know I was running a few minutes behind and no one answered. This will be the second time we went to the same stylist for my son’s haircut. She did well the first time, but this second time his hair was pretty uneven. I didn’t notice it till I got home. A few pieces shorter in front and back, but not too noticeable. I know my son was pretty fidgety and that can make it more challenging to cut his hair. Overall, she was great with him. She seems good with kids. All in all it was a decent visit this time around. I do hope whatever pressure they are under gets resolved. It did not feel welcoming when I came in at all. I was told they were so busy they couldn’t answer the phones, which I understand but where is a receptionist to help out on busy times?

Cookie Cutters goes above and beyond for a great child experience. We’ve been here about 12 times over the past two years and each time had a great experience.
With a toddler it’s also hard to say if he will be excited for the cut or nervous and agitated. They take any mood and roll with it.
The best quality is how FAST the stylists give cute professional cuts. My son can get done in about 10 minutes, so even if he isn’t having the best day we know he won’t be bothered for long.
Requested style: Little Boys Cut with scissors
Stylist: Paula is awesome! He always looks so cute after his cut.

We take my son to see Paula and she does an amazing job. Even the one time my son was just not in the mood to be out in public because he was needing a nap which resulted in him having a melt down, she was able to do an amazing job cutting his hair even though he was not cooperating that day. Not only does she do a great job on a regular day, but her ability to help calm us as parents down while my son had a bad day was super helpful. My son loves going (when it isn't nap time lol) and Paula is awesome
