Ryan Grimes went above and beyond in all aspects. Not only did he take the time to explain everything (I ask a lot of questions) but he did so in a very professional and courteous manner. I am very pleased with my new clubs and have even recommended a few friends reach out so they can get properly fit while receiving white glove service.

Just recently got fit into a new iron set by Nick Green. It was a great experience, Nick was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to make sure we were getting into the right clubs. Highly recommend working with him if you are looking to get fit into the right clubs for you.

After a full bag fitting with Nick Green at Club Champion Royal Oak, I’m hitting the ball farther and with more control. Highly recommend for anyone trying to improve their game. Professional, quick, yet effective, and all components of my fit handled from A-Z. Great experience

5 Star experience here! Ryan was great and I would recommend him to any golfer thinking about getting new clubs! He shared a lot of knowledge to help me make the best decisions for my swing and budget. Even after the sale he followed up with me to provide updates and ask for feedback. I wish I went here sooner!

What a great experience with Nick Green. He really knows his stuff and he dialed me in perfectly. Lowered my handicap by 4 strokes. I recommend him to everyone I know. I’ll never buy clubs off the rack again. Only person I trust with my golf fittings.

Nick Green was my fitter and he did an excellent job. Nick focused entirely on my game and how we could improve my shot making. He spent a ton of time with me to make sure we had it right. If it wasn't working on the course, he worked with me on several occasions to get it right. He is a class act. Several times I was ready to make a change and buy something new, but we tested what was happening and decided to make no changes...I so much appreciate that integrity. I will definitely be back to see Nick in the future?

Bought my 70 year old father a gift card here for some game improving clubs to keep him interested and going @ his age. He had his 1st fitting and they set him up like he was playing on the tour tomorrow. $3000 for 5 through pw + aw. I really thought they would take care of him and put him in a set that would help out. I guess they are definitely in it for the money. If your looking for a place for the average player I would strongly recommend Carl's or Miles of golf. Don't assume like I did. Damn shame they are trying to rob a 70 year old man.

Got fitted with Alex and he told me to give up the stiff shafts after hitting 63 yrs. old. Added 20 yards to my six iron . Phenomenal outcome now I have to work on the swing to keep it consistent he did his job now it's on me.

I wanted to share a true and honest review of this location. I typically do not write negative reviews (I think this is my first negative review) because I do not want to negatively affect the business, but however I think this situation requires an honest review of my experience. I didn't want to give them 1 star and crush their google review page, so I'm trying to be as fair as possible. I went to club champion over the summer to get fitted for a full bag. The quote I received for the whole bag except for driver and putter was over $5000. This was an extremely high amount considering it did not include a putter or driver. They try to talk you into buying upgraded shafts. They do not even have manufacturer shafts available (except for wedges), which is why the price is so high. The shafts cost more than the club heads in some situations. They ended up talking me into purchasing a 3 wood with a custom shaft for nearly $1000 and 2 wedges. I love the wedges and they work great (hence the two stars). The problem came with the 3 wood. I specifically went to Club Champion because of their Perfect Fit Guarantee. The 3 wood I was hitting fine at their simulator but in real life, I wasn't hitting well at all. It was very obvious after multiple times using it in real scenarios it wasn't for me. I went back multiple times to see what they could do. They made some changes to the club, but those didn't work. then they were trying to fix my swing to fit the club and not the club to fit my swing. They said it does not mater how the club is played in real life situations because the data on the computer says otherwise. Anyone that has ever played simulator golf compared to real life golf knows it's very different. Their guarantee is only based off the computer data and doesn't actually mean a "perfect fit" for you in the game of golf. I meet with the sales associate a few times and the district manager once to see what can be done. They just kept assuring me I'm hitting this club great and it's my fault and not the clubs fault. I was tired of trying to get a club that will actually work for me, so I let it go. At the end of the day I have $1000 paper weight and still in need for a 3 wood. I talked to a few of my golfer friends, and they had the same experience. One of them purchased an entire custom iron set and it currently sits in the garage because it doesn't work for them on the golf course and because it's custom, he cant find a buyer for it (which makes since). Just wanted to share my experience as I do not want people to think their guarantee means you will get a perfect fit club.You may end up with a really expensive club/clubs that you cant use. I wish Club Champion would have honored their guarantee and have helped get me into a club that works.

The follow up service of Club Champion is great . They change for you the broken club and fix the hosel part professionally. Thanks David ,you are so nice and patient and amazing. Please receive greetings from Canada and I will definite recommend my golfer friends to get their new clubs from your place.

Scheduled a putter fitting to see if there were any options that might improve my putting a little. Alex was great! Excellent knowledge and service. He took a look at my putter and noticed that the grip was not on quite straight. We continued with the fitting and determined that the putter I already have is suited perfectly for me, and all that was needed was a new grip put on straight. Never tried to sell me anything I did not need :)They did not have the particular Super Stoke grip that I use, but I brought the putter back in a couple of days later after I got the grip and they re-gripped it for free!I will definitely be returning when it's time for my next driver or iron fitting.

The fitting itself was great and very knowledgeable. Got in a good spot only changed what was needed. Only issue is the communication after the fitting. Had to contact the shop to find out of the shafts were in a few times after a month and a half after the fitting. Then dropped of my clubs to get built 2 weeks but still have not heard back about the being built.
