My hubby & I had been tossing around the idea of selling our condo and finding a ranch condo. We are retirees and the thought of moving made me waiver. I contacted Stacy Bazman at Curran & Oberski to ask questions. We have been friends for decades, as we both worked together in education before I retired. She is so upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Stacy is the most caring go-getter, always looking for your best interests. We live no where near where she works or lives, but Stacy never said no about driving to the NE side to show us condos! We put our condo up on a Thursday and left to visit grandkids in Ohio. It sold by Saturday. While in Ohio, I found a detached condo that was just put on the market and she got us a showing on Monday on our drive home. This was the one! Stacy worked endlessly for a few days to get our offer accepted! 2 days after our offer was accepted, we are having an inspection. We are more than happy with everything that Stacy accomplishes behind the scenes and she makes it seem effortlessly! And we know it is an awesome amount of juggling on her part. You would never regret having Stacy Bazman on your team!

Nancy Robinson was Phenomenal. She was referred to us by a family friend after we had a disastrous experience with someone from Zillow. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.Nancy was very professional and fought for us as her Client. My husband and I were very pleased with how she handled our contracts and negotiations. As first-time home buyers, she gave us a lot of tips and tricks and gave us her professional opinion with still making us feel comfortable in making our own decisions.I will say she is very straight forward which can kind of take you back at first but her heart is in the right place and she really just wants to give you all the facts so that you can pick the best home for yourself. Also, I admit there were times I needed to come down from the clouds a little, and Nancy was great at giving me a realistic picture.While everything went smoothly, we had an issue with the seller's agent where the home we bought was staged (which we did not know) and the curtains were included in the contract. The seller's agent took the curtains before closing and it took us almost a month to get them back. Nancy was persistent and continued to reach out to the seller's agent on our behalf until they finally dropped off the curtains.While we didn't work with her as much Caren, Nancy's partner was awesome too! No matter who you work with, this team will have your back!

I worked with Maria Lacaria while purchasing my first home. Maria was stellar to work with. She answered all of my questions, worked hard to to help me find my home and guide me through the buying process. I would absolutely work with Maria and the office here again.

Don’t go through Thomas Drealan he will just take your deposit and keep it and the broker Jill doesn’t care either she just says have your lawyer call because they think they can keep my 3000 dollars and didn’t even sign anything...
