Chris is an amazing teacher. I am just beginning my practice and feel so lucky to be taking classes here. Chris does an amazing job of teaching u you in, pushing you appropriately and getting you to learn while feeling the better for it! Highly recommend!

The Center for Iyengar Yoga is the first Iyengar Yoga Center in the Metro Detroit area and Oakland County's only Iyengar Yoga Center. All classes are taught by a Senior-level Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor (C.I.Y.T. Level III). We offer classes for students of all levels--from raw beginners to advanced-level students.
