My thought on PT was that I would go and learn a few exercises and then just do them on my own at home. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find that in-person PT is very beneficial and that Body Mechanics makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed and my shoulder issue is greatly improving under their care.Their practice has a very homey feeling and I enjoy talking to and getting to know the staff during my sessions. I highly recommend them for your PT needs.
