Everyone in there were friendly and try their best to make me feel good when I brought my sick dog to them. The Dr. took his time to examine/ evaluate and explain the condition of my dog.
Thank you to all of you.

The staff and the Vet were all very nice and responsive. They followed up with blood test results within 24 hours, as promised. Overall experience was very good.

We have been seeing Blue Cross for a few months. The veterinary was professional. We in for a follow up blood work on time for our appointment. I the pleasure of sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes with no services. Staff was absolutely no help. I had to reschedule and he said they have an opening tomorrow. I asked will be another half hour wait? He said i am not sure. Great customer service

Worst Vet ever. Waited over 6 months for the grouchy vet to call back.

Very friendly staff and techs. Vet was not as thorough as expected. Wasn't quite sure what his after care was. I guess we didn't know what questions to ask at the time. But our cat is doing much better since the services were done.

My dog is terrified of getting his nails done. They were amazing and did a great job getting them cut.

This hospital has grown too fast and you only get the personal, the vet cares about my animal once in awhile. They do have some Vets that will go above and beyond for your animal but they rotate thur so it's hard when you care for your animal and the veterinarian only spends 5 minutes or less in the room. It's nothing like it was before.

I love Blue Cross. My sister uses them for her fur babies as well. Staff is super friendly.
My little kitties were an unplanned surprise. My aunt's neighbor has "outdoor" cats. Well, they didn't spay or neuter so... babies. Of course I had to bring them home as soon as I could. Blue cross got me in right away for their first appointment within 2 days. I think everyone working that day had to see the trio of small fluffy adorables and coo over them.
Licorice, Pumpkin and Anchovy are doing fantastic and adjusting well to living the "indoor" cat life. Licorice is still a bit wary of the hoomans, but if you can catch her, she sure does like the chin rubs. HA!

They always take as much time as needed and always answer every question. Someone always follows up a couple of days after the visit to make sure my pet is doing well :-)

My gal pal’s dad’s little 13-year-old Chihuahua was not eating. He was quite concerned, since the dog’s a nice companion, after losing his wife 3 years ago. We decided on Monday that we definitely needed to take “Sparrow” to a vet. Her dad called Sparrow’s normal Vet, they were understanding, but couldn’t squeeze in an emergency appointment.
I then decided to try Blue Cross Animal Hospital. We had taken her dog there several years ago, and were very pleased with the care he received.
Unfortunately, they were also booked, but the gal at the front desk gave me the number to an emergency clinic in Southfield. I thanked her, and was getting into my vehicle to drive back to her dad’s house, grab Sparrow, and head to Southfield, when the gal from the front desk came out and flagged me down, and said they just got a cancellation, and they could get Sparrow in at 11:00am.
So, I went back to her Dad’s house, grabbed everybody and back we went.
The Doctor was very kind, understanding, and thorough. He ordered all blood work to be done in house for speed and determined that Sparrow was not only anemic, but also had an intestinal issue (no blockage, the doctor ordered X-rays) and a stomach virus, along with acid reflux.
The doctor prescribed several medications, and within a couple days, you could tell Sparrow was feeling better, he was at least eating a little bit; And, by the end of the 10 days of medication, he was back to his old feisty self again.
Thanks to all the Doctors and Staff at Blue Cross Animal Hospital!!! I’m pretty sure their actions saved my gal pal’s dad’s little buddies life!!!

Come here if you like being extremely overcharged for basic exams, meds, and vaccines. Go somewhere else.
