What a great experience! I was in and out in know time. Yet had great customer service. My BINSON representative was Debbie at the Royal Oak location on Woodward Ave. Debbie was thorough, considerate and all around helpful!Thank you Debbie for the great assistance and great experience.Hope your company pays you well for what you do!

When you call the first thing on the voicemail says you can order on line. Their website always has issues and I have never been able to order on line. The wait time to get someone on the phone has never been less than 30 minutes. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!

If at all possible, do your business with Binson's online through their website (ordering supplies, etc). If your interaction with the company requires a person, do NOT use the Royal Oak location. Their in-person service and accessibility by phone borderlines on blatant negligence. In person, it feels as though every employee is either unknowledgeable or a "victim of the system" and if you attempt to reach a specific department by phone, you've got a 50/50 chance of being put on hold for 10-20 minutes or getting hung up on. Sometimes you win big and get both.0. Binson's as a company is tolerable, but this particular location is toxic to your sanity. The Auto Club location in Dearborn is usually very busy, but far more bearable to work with.Also, Binson's, please do not bother to respond to this review with a form response like you do on the other ones. The responses you post to your reviews are a perfect example of the attention to customer care and commitment you deliver to your customers on a daily basis.

I understand the low ratings. I came in looking for a raised toilet seat. There were 5 people working there and two customers. First, I waited longer than I should have to get waited on. When I told the staff member what I was looking for, she pointed to the far corner of the store. I then proceeded to hobble over there by myself. After looking at all the items, I chose one that had a handle on it as I couldn't carry the one with no handle and still use my cane. Until I hurt my hip, I never realized how both callous and considerate people can be. This place could be more considerate, especially given that their customer base is a population most physically challenged; disappointing, to say the least. I won't be back to get the second seat I also needed for the upstairs bath.

My doctor ordered a breathing machine two weeks ago and it is still not ready !!!! When I called to check on my prescription they put me on hold for a long time , it took me 2 hours of waiting to get an answer and of course it is not even ready,

Would give zero stars if I could. Manager has no customer service skills. Refused a full credit on a $30 walking shoe towards a $250 boot. Called it “dirty” despite never being worn.Shop elsewhere.

I was pregnant and walked in with a prescription for compression stockings. One of the staff members took my insurance card and told me she will call them to check for coverage. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, she comes back to tell me that I have coverage and I might be billed for a copay later.I took the 2 pairs of stockings and receive a bill from Binson’s months later with a request to pay full price about $90!! My appeal to this bill was denied by my insurance because they did not cover this service at all. If the staff member wasn’t so incompetent and communicated to me properly, all of this could have been avoided. It turns out that they only take your insurance card to see if you have active insurance.So now I am stuck with a bill for almost $90 for 2 pairs of compression stockings that I didn’t need to rush to buy. Had I known they only check for active insurance and that my insurance does not cover this type of medical equipment, I wouldn’t have gotten them to begin with.Do your homework and double check people’s work. Always.

I needed a carpal tunnel brace the customer service was horrible. I was already in a lot of pain waiting in the waiting area for them to call me until I had to go up to the counter and ask to be waited on they checked on my insurance and I had to pay out-of-pocket I wanted to try on a couple braces to see the difference.Like they were so rude didn’t even want to help me and I asked to try them on they had an issue with it horrible service I didn’t like the way they talk to me either. I will never go back people come there because they’re in pain and they need some help. They should be more helpful.!

I only put 1 star to leave a review. Walked no greetings, even though there were 2 ladies there to at least acknowledge me as i walked in. I basically had to approach the counter to get any assistance. I was left to pretty much assist myself, even though ....you know what, I should have just went to Walmart and grabbed something off their shelf.
