A key point in the HIPPOCRATIC OATH, is First do no harm, “primum non nocere.” When doctors are draped in their crisp white coats, they charge off into the world well trained, knowledgeable and with the Hippocratic Oath, etched in memory. Surrendering respect does not require one to expend a great deal of energy. When we respect ourselves, it is very easy to surrender respect to others. Respect enriches our relationship with others, it builds bridges. Some people practice the ‘Golden Rule,’ and treat others as they would like to be treated. Everyone, which includes physicians, should treat patients with dignity and respect. YELLING and SHOUTING at a patient under any circumstance, exemplifies very rude and unprofessional behavior. The HIPPOCRATIC OATH, is an oath of ethics taken by physicians. Physicians swear to act in the best interest of the patient. Yelling and screaming at a patient, at the top of one’s voice, goes against the principles of the Hippocratic Oath. Over and above the Hippocratic Oath, human beings, no longer have any regard for their fellowman. The elements of kindness and compassion, that held us together in our society are becoming very frayed, if not null and void. A line in the sand no longer exist, I am speaking of BOUNDARIES. It has become increasingly difficult these days, to discern if a line in the sand ever existed at all. Boundaries are crossed with reckless abandon and we go home and sip our tea out of a dainty tea cup and take small nibbles out of a tiny tea cake and pretend that nothing has occurred. We have become too familiar as a society. Know that boundaries once crossed can never be uncrossed, we forever remember the breach.I shall never return.(March 2, 2024 Saturday)

I'm only giving you 1 star because at one time you allowed a patient to choose their own choices for their Healthcare. Now, you don't even offer ultrasounds on the breast without a mammogram first. Not everyone wants a mammogram and that should be their right to choose. Forcing people to get one and not even offering an ultrasound even with a doctors referral is why I will never recommend you to anyone. Ever.

One of the worst places to go, we where asked to come 2 hours early and sat and waited for 2 hours, the staff is not friendly and forget a receipt if you are paying cash you WILL NOT get one with your name on it or what they did. And again the staff is rude.

Staff very friendly, loved the lady who did my X-ray and MRI. Unfortunately the woman behind the counter to register was not very friendly but her coworker who took me back for MRI was. Overall I love this facility and the owner.

I had a 1:15 appointment and I'm STILL WAITING at 3:15 to be seen. Horribly behind schedule without any communication to patients about the time frame. I had to keep asking them "how much longer?" which they grossly underestimated. Not even any polite apologies. Never will go here again.

Well folks after traveling 2.5 hours 1 way to come here for a double scan due to a accident the front desk said they tried calling but my phone was going to voice mail. Yes girls when you turn your phone off while traveling the phone automatic goes to voice mail. So you're telling me you're calling THE SAME DAY as the procedure to make 2 appointments instead of doing all in one visit?SAY WHAT? Asking to speak to a manager they sent me to the basement level(instead of calling her up to discuss with me as I'm dragging a leg around remember I'm injured?) She said it would be ok and they would figure it out. Went back to To waiting room where I watched them put me off after they took 3 patients that arrived after me to get their MRI but yes they put me off because I had 2 scans.Be that as it may I finally made it back there to get 1st my leg scan. I noticed how the tech didnt talk threw the microphone as they normally do to assure you how long each part of the test is or in my experience the tech normally tells you your doing great. But I got nothing. Made it threw the 1st part of the test .When I came to the 2nd part my spine with implants had been being MRI ed. All of a sudden my heart rate increased dramatically and a abnormal rhythm began! It became overwhelming as my heart began to flutter and pulse bounding. I pushed the button. Several times and finally the tech came on. I asked to get out she didnt say ok nor did she come get me. she asked why. I said I really need to sit up. Again she didnt come get me. Again asking what's wrong. I'm sure I was raising my voice at this point telling her I really need to sit up she finally came to release me as I sat up my heart was pounding and I was breathless. Instead of concern she said I must be suffering with anxiety. I said no I'm having significant palpitations I have a heart problem. Again she was insisting I have anxiety. No ma'am I told her . By the way if this is anxiety related why didn't I have this reaction when I was doing the 1st part of the test for 25 minutes just sayin....back to the spine issue so I asked why she didnt talk to me at all during the exam. She exclaimed many of her patients dont want her to talk ? I asked her if maybe she could read my mind because this isnt how I wanted the exam done. Instead of an apology or anything she asked "why are you talking to me this way?" Really!? I'm suffering with a heart problem caused by your mri machine (btw this machine is ancient I had a scan on it about 20 years ago so it's outdated as it gets) then she said shes calling dr. Basha in I said why? Well I found out why because when he came in I explained what had happened that the magnets were causing my heart to race and I couldn't believe what happened next. He screamed at me that I was having anxiety completely ignoring the fact I have a heart condition that causes irregular beats which was fine before you scanned my spine causing it to inflame and causing a irregular beating He then shouted at me " people take medicine for their anxiety " Um sir. I dont have anxiety. But your machine is causing a flair of abnormal rythm of the heart.I couldn't believe it . I decided to get off the table and the tech told me to wait in the room after I changed. um no thank you. I went to the front desk got my orders so I can take them elsewhere and left.I do not trust these people and frankly I can see if their boss is so embolden to speak to a patient with a serious issue his machine created I dont think anyone should trust these people.. look at how many financial complaints there are on here! You do not get to treat patients like they dont matter and not have any repercussions sir.There is something very off about this place. And using medical gaslighting to a patient as you did me yesterday will not go unanswered.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. My technician was friendly, informative, patient and respectful. Although I hope I don’t have to, I would not hesitate to book again at Basha’s Royal Oak location. Was treated very well!
