I’ve been a customer of Autohaus for some time now, bringing all my Mercedes vehicles to them for service. I’ve always appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of Adam and the service technicians, and their service costs seem competitive.
However, I typically use Autohaus only when my primary mechanic is unavailable. Last month, when the check engine light came on in my E-Class and my mechanic was out of the country, I turned to Autohaus for help. They charged me $163 to diagnose the issue, identifying the problem as a faulty PCV valve, with a replacement estimate of nearly $1,600. Unfortunately, the part was out of stock, but Autohaus offered to keep the service ticket open and order the part for me.
I decided to decline their service.
When my primary mechanic returned the following week, he advised me to contact the dealership, as the PCV valve might be under recall. Sure enough, after a quick call to the dealership, I learned that the part was indeed on recall. Since my vehicle has less than 150,000 miles and it’s before 2035, the PCV valve replacement is covered at no cost.
I’m disappointed that Autohaus didn’t inform me about the recall. A reputable service provider should be proactive in such situations, ensuring their customers are aware of potential recalls or free services. While I’ve had positive experiences with Autohaus in the past, this oversight is concerning and makes me question their commitment to customer care.

They did an excellent job diagnosing my car and fixing the problem. 2.0 TSI fuel injected cars are not easy to work on and these guys killed it when other shops couldn't. 10/10 for foreign car repairs. Thank you guys.

Autohaus is one of the most professional and helpful auto sales and repair establishments I have encountered, and their staff are top notch. Whether you are working with Jon in sales, or Adam in service, it is plain to see that they know what they are talking about, the love what they do, and they will give you a great price. Highly recommend checking them out if you are a European auto enthusiast.

Autohaus is wonderful to work with. My teenage son has a 2015 Volkswagen that has needed work over the past few years and every time we take it there they are honest, up front, and get the job done well. They're good about explaining what needs to be done and giving us options for work that we should keep an eye on for the future. The ease of being able to drop the car off after hours and even pick it up after hours if necessary is invaluable for busy working families. They are thorough, prompt, and get the work done in a very timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about Autohaus and their work!

I purchased a used SL550 and had it checked out by Autohaus and then brought the car back for a minor repair. Very pleased with the results and service. The second time Adam told me to bring the car in early and he would have me out in an hour. Car was ready in 45 minutes. Would highly recommend

Took my 2009 Mercedes E-350 Sport there for an oil change while I was up for a visit from Florida and the folks there are great and got me in and out and did a great job, very professional. These will be my service folks when I am in town.
