“I am content living here. I feel safe and secure. The building is kept clean at all times. Majority of staff is very pleasant. I love my balcony. Only thing I wish was available is an in unit washer and dryer. I hate going to laundry room. However I do highly recommend this community for seniors. I do not participate in function, but they do have plenty to enjoy.”

“Me and my husband moved in here for 4 years in 1 bedroom. Whenever I have problem in the apartment the maintenance fixed it pretty quick. Me and my husband are in hunting house after 4 years here in apartment but it was not yet time. I meet Miss Liza the Manager who was helping us to moved in to the 2 bedrooms. Among the Managers here in Madison Park Apartments, she is the best! She personally checked the problems in the apartment soon as I informed here. I recommend this nice, quite and confortable place to those who are looking for an apartment to move in!”

She always makes sure that we have a personal conference space to Notarize Important Confidential Documents and meet with Estate Attorneys. She is very professional and if you haven’t met her yet, you definitely need to!”

“Me and my boyfriend went on a tour yesterday and all I can say is Mo Bazzi the assistant manager was great! Soon as we walked in we felt welcome and got offered to get a snack and drink well we wait for our paperwork to start the tour process.. then he sat down and gave us estimates and places that were available to pick which was even more awesome! And on top of it we got to see the apartment that we actually picked on the brochure and also talked to us for a good 2 hours inside the apartment about everything! I definitely give this place a 5 stars including him! I can’t wait to be a new resident at the heights.. I’m really excited and looking forward to it!”

“When I moved into the Park Shelton a year ago I hadn’t been considering moving to Detroit. But I was immediately charmed by the lobby’s beautiful architecture and the enticing selection of restaurants and shops and the lifestyle I imagined. My own unit has wonderful architectural details and I never tire of the inspiring view. The building management, the front desk staff and the friendly residents take pride in caring for the building and looking out for each other. Maintenance issues and repairs like heating and air conditioning, roof and window repairs, cleanliness, parking are address proactively by a responsible condo board and tenants are notified of unavoidable short term inconveniences. This is a great home base from which to explore Detroit and to appreciate what this amazing city has to offer.”

“The low ratings of this apartment complex confuse me, but I will say I lived here from early 2019-early 2020 and the management changed during this time, so maybe it's gotten better since then. All in all I have had no problems. The staff is friendly and helpful, our apartment is nice and everything works. We had a problem with our dishwasher and they replaced it entirely. Of course there are some things that come with living in an apartment (occasionally noisy neighbors for example) but if you have reasonable expectations and don't expect to live like a Kardashian, this apartment complex is more than acceptable. I am moving out because I am getting married, otherwise I would have stayed longer.”

“I give my apt five stars in Amber Apartments at 3807 Crooks not because it's the nicest place you can live but it's a great value for the money. You're not paying for a Clubhouse and Pool ... it's older but modernized with nice tile in the bathrooms and kitchen which also has granit countertops. The wood cabinets are fine and stove is adequate and uses gas which I prefer. The water in the shower is nice and hot and has good pressure. There's no central heat and AC so it has wall units which allow better control so it's comfortable. There are no covered parking spaces but plenty of them. It works for me as a single guy, I love the real oak hardwood floors which are in mint condition, a nice amount of closets and built in drawers and the rooms are good size with 900 sf of space, I have a large covered balcony, working fireplace and there are nice grounds. It was clean and freshly painted when I moved in, I ask for some new outlets and light switches and Les the maintenence guy was right there with a great attitude. Paul the leasing manager was easy to work with and best of all it's only $1,175 for a two bedroom two bath with water, heat and gas included. It is located in a nice part of Royal Oak just off Crooks north of 13 mile. All in all this is a great value and nice place to live.”
