Autumn was such an amazing help, she took her time and went out of her way to assist me even though I am not a resident there, and her doing so would not affect the community seemingly in anyway. Hopefully this review will serve as some small form of payback for her amazing service.
If you are looking to live here, from my time spent here before, to my time now, the management and staff is exceedingly capable, friendly, and Attentive!

“Living at Cornerstone at Troy Apartments has been an absolute joy. As a renter, I've found this place to be a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community.
The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. The amenities are a real highlight - the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing on warm Michigan days, and the fitness center helps me stay active without needing a separate gym membership.
What really sets Cornerstone apart is its fantastic location. Being just minutes away from Somerset Collection means I'm never far from great shopping and dining options. The easy access to major highways like I-75, I-94, and I-696 makes commuting and exploring the metro Detroit area a breeze.
The staff here deserve a special mention. They're always friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to make residents feel at home. Their positive attitude really contributes to the welcoming atmosphere of the community.
Living at Cornerstone has truly enhanced my life in Troy. It's more than just an apartment; it's a place where I feel comfortable, connected, and happy. If you're looking for a great place to call home in Troy, I can't recommend Cornerstone enough!”

“All Seasons is wonderful. The building is beautiful. The staff members are warm and caring. They create a vibrant community living environment. My mom can maintain her independence while All Seasons provides a safety net for peace of mind.”
“I lived here June 2024-2025 and it was overall a good living experience. My main complaint is that marketing the complex as “luxury” is a bit of a stretch, when the unrenovated apartments look like they haven’t been updated at all since the early 2000s. I lived in an unrenovated 1 bedroom and was shocked that they bumped the rent up to $1440 after I moved out when you can see the dated kitchen flooring peeling up behind the appliances. The common areas (entryway & hallways) in my building smelled horrible with various stains on the carpeting that never got professionally cleaned or replaced, despite my multiple requests to do so. The gym is also kind of sad with aged equipment that needs to be replaced, but still gets the job done for the average person. They marketed tennis courts and a walking trail to me when I first toured this complex—in reality, the tennis courts are so overgrown and totally unmaintained that they’re unusable, and the walking trail is really just a mowed stretch of grass alongside the very loud waterpark immediately next door.
For the price I was paying in rent, I expected better out of the “luxury amenities” the website boasts. That said, the pool is wonderful in the summertime and was always clean when I used it. Neighbors are friendly but quiet. The location is perfect, with Meijer or the beautiful nature trail down the road within walking distance, and a 5 minute drive from Costco. The management and maintenance teams were among the best I’ve had renting, and I really appreciated their patience and quick responses to the various issues I’ve needed addressed. Overall I think what they’re charging is very overpriced for the value (as is the case anywhere in this rental market), but if you want quiet, drama-free living then this is the place to be. Despite my complaints above I don’t regret living here and I’m thankful to have had a primarily pleasant experience!”

“I have never known a manager that really cares 100% about their job like Crystal and her two maintenance guys who worked with her prior to and after the pandemic. They always shown great hospitality when ever you saw them. “Moved in not too long ago and everything has been great. Lisa helped me get all moved in and was very nice. Maintenance is very good as well. Very affordable rent. The apartment rooms look great and they take good care of the apartment rooms. Everything was clean when I moved in my apartment. The hallways are a little dark but other than that everything is great!”

“I am content living here. I feel safe and secure. The building is kept clean at all times. Majority of staff is very pleasant. I love my balcony. Only thing I wish was available is an in unit washer and dryer. I hate going to laundry room. However I do highly recommend this community for seniors. I do not participate in function, but they do have plenty to enjoy.”

The grounds were well kept and everyone in the office was so friendly. I'm not quite ready to move, but Coach House is a top contender.”

The property manager, Justin, was extremely kind and professional. He went out of his way to help me find my way around and left a really good impression. “When I moved into the Park Shelton a year ago I hadn’t been considering moving to Detroit. But I was immediately charmed by the lobby’s beautiful architecture and the enticing selection of restaurants and shops and the lifestyle I imagined. My own unit has wonderful architectural details and I never tire of the inspiring view. The building management, the front desk staff and the friendly residents take pride in caring for the building and looking out for each other. Maintenance issues and repairs like heating and air conditioning, roof and window repairs, cleanliness, parking are address proactively by a responsible condo board and tenants are notified of unavoidable short term inconveniences. This is a great home base from which to explore Detroit and to appreciate what this amazing city has to offer.”
“Cambridge Square has been good to me over the years. Very peaceful environment. Close access to freeways and shopping. Maintenance is always prompt like every time I’ve called… next thing… they’re at my door and even follow up with me. Nice place to call home.”
“Super awesome place to live in, especially as a student. The apartment looks beautiful, the interior is great, and the gym has free weights! The best part, however, is the staff. They are incredibly easy to contact and are always a text or call away. Two folks in particular--Alexxis Locke and Angelo Johnson--go above and beyond. I locked myself out of my apartment on a weekend, and they had someone down here and ready to let me back in within minutes. Anytime I have a problem or something to discuss, I go down and chat with Alexxis. Fantastic employee who deserves every raise and promotion in the book!”

“I have lived here for almost two years and let me just say I love it. As a student this place was easy to get started with, and communication is priority. For full transparency I did have a bug issue, but that is what happens when you live in larger cities, the office was notified and the issue was taken care of quickly along with a follow up treatment just to be sure.
Duana in the office is excellent, she is energetic and seems to really enjoy her job. She values respect so you pay your rent on time and treat her well and she will be your best friend. Never thought I would be sad to leave an apartment complex but this place really is the best.
The apartments have everything you need from in-unit washer and dryer, parking, plenty of Sqft to move around in, as well as nice bedrooms. I would highly recommend moving in here.”
