I have been going through cancer treatments for the past 5 months and was going to this salon to get short bob haircuts from Ashlei. I was always very kind and always tipped 20%. Ashlei could never remember how I parted my hair for a cut, which was always down the middle. I would kindly remind her each time, but she wanted to part it over from the far right side to the left side when she cut it. This was problematic with the last cut as she cut it so far over to the right that when I left the salon, a section of my hair kept flipping over to the other side because my hair did not naturally lay the way it was cut. This made my short bob several inches longer in the front on one side and was embarrassing. So I kindly texted the salon asking for a 5-minute re-trim, which every salon offers for free. I got no response. Almost 2 weeks later, I texted again asking for the same. This time they responded and kicked me out of the salon. I warn you to consider going here because if your stylist makes a mistake, and you dare request a tiny re-trim, so kindly and respectfully mind you- they will just kick you out of their salon in response. Going though cancer treatments has been so hard, losing so much hair throughout has been traumatizing. Then to get a haircut that was several inches longer on the left side than the right was really hard for me. But it wasn't a big deal. I was certain Ashlei would have no issue doing a quick re-trim as re-trims are a very normal part of any stylist's job. And we always had a good relationship. But shockingly and cruelly, she didn't even find me worth a phone call. She just told me to never come back to the salon and that "I wasn't a good fit" because I had asked for a very small, quick re-trim to fix my bob cut. I had no idea Ashlei thought so harshly, and so negatively towards me, as she always pretended to be so kind to me in person. It came as quite the shock and was very hurtful. So, I would caution you from going here because at any point, they could do the same to you and for no reason. I was always so kind and respectful and was beyond shocked at how the salon treated me over this. It was just cruel. In the meantime, my bob is still several inches longer on one side than the other...
Stylist: Ashlei- Short bob haircut was several inches longer on one side than the other due to parting my hair too far over on one side before cutting, as my hair would not naturally lay that way. It needed to be cut down the middle as I had requested.

I want to thank Ashlie at Annette's Hair Studio &Spa! She was so kind and helpful with my mom, at the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. Ashlie's patience, professionalism and talent helped us fix a part of her hair that became matted. When we were done, my mom looked classy and stylish! We walked away feeling great. Ashlie gave us her scrunchy as well! Very cool!

Stephanie did a wonderful job on my hair and eyebrows - she worked with me to get exactly what I wanted even though I couldn’t quite put it into words - we got there and she was incredibly helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much for the fabulous hair cut!

Annette is one of the most genuine women I have ever met. She knows style, hair, and great customer service. I see Brittany every 6 weeks for brow waxing and I have been for the last 4 years. This salon has it all.

Kari is the most talented stylist I've ever had. I don't even have to tell her what I'm looking for that day and she automatically knows, and she's also giving me a few suggestions and tried them on my hair and my hair has never looked better.Everytime I walk out of there I feel and look amazing!

Ashlei does my hair and I followed her to Annette’s from her previous salon, I trust her with any hair request I make, sometimes I even let her decide what she wants to do when it comes to my color and it always turns out great. She makes sure everything is perfect even down to your haircut she will make sure it flows and lays perfectly each time. She’s great at what she does!Services: Haircut
