I love the Trek mountain bikes I’ve owned a few over the years and every time I was ready for a new bike I always felt when buying a Trek I was buying quality! As for getting my Trek bike serviced or buying a new upgrade for my bike the staff at my local Trek store are very knowledgeable and friendly so I can get my upgraded gear or just regular service on my bike done quickly without any issues so I can get back on my bike riding! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 stars!

I recently had my Specialized Diverge repaired by Ryan. Ryan diagnosed the braking issue root causes within 10 minutes of riding and physically evaluating my bicycle. Please note - I had already wasted over 3 wks at the Specialized Store in attempts to get my bike road worthy. Ryan performed the repairs within hours - ALL ON THE SAME DAY!!! Because of Trek Store Repair Shop, I was able to participate in the Tour of Detroit Ride the very next day with my son. Moving forward, I will always be taking my bicycles to Trek for repair and replacement. Thank you Ryan from both my son and I, for a superb job!

I have purchased 3 bikes from this store since 2021. The customer service and bike service are great and getting better all the time. The new manager, Ian, is fantastic. Ryan, who oversees bike service, is great too. Always 25% off nutrition (GU and Scratch). They now carry Rapha clothing! Good people!

My fiance and I went into this store, we seemed to be the only customers in there at the time. We weren’t acknowledged. The staff had no problem chit chatting with each-other though. We walked around and were looking at a few of the bikes, but no one came over to greet us, to ask if we needed help with anything, nothing. We walked around for about 10-15 minutes. We left and went to KLM down the road, we ended up buying Specialized bikes. It was a night and day difference. Disappointing because we’ve heard such good things about Trek.

Unfortunately while planning to get a second bicycle, I made an inquiry about a new lock when the floor salesman made a comment about “liking art” then grabbed a chain lock and made an unlawful touching across my breast. It surprised me and the store was not empty. I was certain that the sales clerks at the register also clearly witnessed what happened. It was earlier this afternoon while I was searching for a U-bar lock.
