We had a very bad snowstorm, all a sudden, I slid into a ditch right at the entrance of 14mile rd to I75. It took them about 45 minutes to show up, and probably 10 minutes or less to pull me out! GREAT JOB! GREAT SERVICE!

Called after 11pm in the rain and Paul got to me and had my tire changed before midnight. I couldn't get the lug nuts off but he had a tool with him to help get them off. He did the rest and had me on my way very fast. Service was excellent, quick, and affordable. Couldn't be more appreciative of the quality service especially in the rain. 5/5 would definitely recommend!Service: Tire change

Got my motorcycle towed. And 90% way home the motorcycle fell on the flatbed. Driver apologized and gave me 5 miles off from the tow. Mind you there was paint missing and scratches along the side of the bike. Very unprofessional of the company for still charging me after dropping my motorcycle.Service: Special vehicle towing

So ya locked my keys in the trunk of the car. Keyless entry. Total ding bat moment. So at 4 am I had to call A&M Towing... I knew for sure this was going to be a process... To my amazement the receptionist was sweet and helpful. Then the tow truck man showed up and 11 min later very nice didn't damage my vehicle and opened my car door in what seemed like seconds. So so soooo worth the 75$ bones for the customer service and awesome work! Thanks again guys! I hope I don't need ya again but if I do I won't hesitate to call you or recommend you to my peeps! 15/10 ✓✓✓✓

Got in a car accident on 696 and my car was towed to their lot where it sat for 4 days while it waited to be moved to the collision shop. I was rear ended with no front damage. When the car got to the collision shop, it had frontal damage. Neither A&M or the company that moved it (Southfield Auto) would take any responsibility for the damage that my insurance would not cover. Avoid dealing with either of them at all costs

A n m towing damaged my car while towing it. I spoke to the person at the shop he said the owner would come by my house to fix it and no one showed up. I called today and they constantly hang up on me. I am now filing a police report and contacting the news and is prepared to take legal action.

Where do I start?? The phone number for the royal oak location is disconnected. When I called the number on google I was told they couldn't give me information about my car being towed. What? They wouldn't give me the right number when I talked to the troy. I was towed from a bar I park at during the day while at work since there is no parking anywhere, but I often go to the bar for lunch so I am still a paying customer. The owner of the bar was so nice he apologized and is paying for the whole ordeal but I'm pretty sure this tow service is a scam. I wasn't in a no parking zone or anything. Please don't use this company for towing services they are awful to people.

BEWARE OF SCAM!! BEWARE OF JAY!! KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!! After my car was towed in January in a private commercial lot in Royal Oak, I called A&M RO to see if they had it and how much it would be to get back. Only dealt with a guy named JAY initially over the phone and in person (he is on the shorter side). He told me it would be $310 + $20 for every day it sits on the lot. My car was towed on a Thursday and I called just before they closed on Friday, meaning I wasn't able to pick it up until first thing the next day on Saturday. His total was $310 + $20 (Friday) + $20 (Saturday) = $350, Cash Only. I was so shocked at the expense and upset with myself. I didn't have the money to pay in full and had to borrow from a family member who went there with me. We meet Jay in person and again asked why it was SO EXPENSIVE. Jay pointed to a framed copy of A&M's insurance policy on the wall and said insurance for towing companies is outrageous. Fast forward three months later to March 26, and I called A&M to get a copy of my receipt for a court date (I discarded the original because I was so upset every time I looked at it). Marie sent over a copy of my receipt indicating cash paid was ONLY $210. It was a completely different receipt than the one I was given. WHERE DID THE OTHER $140 go?!? KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! ASK FOR A BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES! TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU PAY! I feel taken advantage of in so many ways. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU or IF YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT, LOOK INTO IT!!! Speak to the owner Tony V. File a police report as I have. Let's bring down this scammer!!!

I had a terrifying moment that every mom dreads today- locked myself out of my car on a 92 degree day with my toddler inside! After calling the Troy Police, Nate from A&M arrived in just three minutes and saved me from having to break the window, with my daughter still sound asleep and cool inside. He was quick, efficient, and there exactly when I needed him. I couldn't be more thankful!
