“Great store, has everything you'd need. Sometimes their cashiers aren't the best but that's not their fault because they have a lot of new kids that come and go. Staff also tend to completely ignore you, that's why one star is removed. Besides that the store is great.”

106 1st St, Shelby“Fresh produce and cold food is the newest addition to this store. Employees are super friendly! They are open until 11pm which isn't common for any small town store. Well stocked and they have a little bit of everything for everyone.”
“Very well-lit store, with more items on the shelf than my local Dollar General stores in northern Indiana usually have stocked. We stopped in while staying at the Weathervane Inn, to pick up some things to make a hotel stay easier (kitchen towel, metal utensils, and some convenient foods). The prices and quality were good, and on par with what you'd expect from a Dollar General.The cashier was very talkative, and shared quite a bit of personal information, but she was friendly.”
“Nice new dollar general. The staff are friendly and super helpful. There's an older gentleman there who was very attentive and helped me out a bunch while I was there. I was just passing through but he went out of his way to help me and definitely left an impression. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for all you're doing during the pandemic!”
“I love this place! Excellent, fresh cut meats; my family & I especially love the poor boy steaks & specialty brats (asparagus brats are to die for)! We also love the homemade tater kegs (big tots). The multi-generational family owners are friendly and have great advice on how to cook/grill each cut to bring out its best attributes.”
