don’t stay here if you want to use the hot tub. it’s roped off haphazardly and clear it’s been closed for a while. false advertising on the part of the hotel, and poor customer service to refuse a partial refund on the stay. pool is not an adequate replacement, as it is freezing cold and full of unaccompanied children. stay elsewhere!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This entire hotel needs to be shut down. I’ve never seen a hotel as disgusting as this place. The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in the lobby was how dirty the carpet was. It definitely hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Unfortunately I came from out of town for business & was unable to get another hotel room at such late notice so I stayed. My room was on the 3rd floor & the elevator was filthy. There was a puddle of some type of liquid on the elevator floor. Not sure if was juice, water or urine but I told the staff about it. The next morning when I got on the elevator you could see the stain where the fluid had dried up. They never even mopped the floor. My room was disgusting. The first thing I saw when I walked in my room was a big chunk of marijuana on the carpet. The carpet was very dirty, there were spider webs/cob webs in the corners of the ceiling. Only 2 of the 4 lamps in the room actually worked. There was hair in the bathtub & on the shower walls. The bathroom counter hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom floor hasn’t been swept or mopped. There was duct tape on the window & I’m sure the hair dryer in the bathroom was a fire hazard as the plug was broken & had wires exposed. I went to the front desk to tell them about the condition of my room. When I told the front desk clerk how dirty my room was, she replied with “Oh I already know.” I was told that the housekeepers had left for the day & I was given some towels & some “cleaning spray” so I could clean the room myself. I asked if I could use the vacuum & was told that it was broken. I then asked for a broom & was told they would bring it to my room but they never did. Also it looks like there’s people living here as there were several people sitting on the floor in the hallway as I walked to my room. I called the customer service line to complain & I’m hoping they’ll resolve the matter by giving me a refund. Last but definitely not least, there’s a sausage patty, a french fry & a pop can under the bed. This is grossRooms: Filthy & disgusting

The hotel was nicely remodeled and the staff was super nice but the rooms were dirty the carpet not vacuumed the place was over ran with unsupervised children. The people about who I believe were actually living In the hotel were running jumping stomping all hours of the night. Also I was charged a deposit without even being told.

First and foremost you advertise a hot tub that has obviously not been in service since Covid started. The complimentary continental breakfast was poor quality selections. The shower in the room had a massage setting but it wasn’t even strong enough to rinse the soap off your body. The ice machine was absolutely disgusting. The building entrance locks were broken making the building unsafe. The door to the the room had to be lifted and pushed hard to close the door. The most horrifying of this experience was the view of the cemetery from the room. Do not stay at this establishment!

Originally was going to be a three star review, will get to that I’m a moment, but a few problems I noticed. The room was okay but the air vents looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years and I kept sneezing due to allergies. There was a blood stain on the mattress, and the inspection license in the elevator was expired by three months.The walls were thin and I couldn’t sleep at all the last night because the neighbors were literally screaming, banging on the walls, slamming doors, and acting like they owned the place at midnight but I called the front desk and they handled it well.

Spacious, clean, and mostly quiet. The only problem is that on weekends, it gets packed with lots of unsupervised kids. I get it, heated pool, but come on. So much water everywhere, and the sounds of galloping throughout the stairwells and hallways. And the darn screaming.

I don’t know why other reviews are bad, since I genuinely had a great stay here. The staff was nice and the pool was great for some indoor fun. My room was great and there are a lot of things to do nearby.

Dirty an really just not up to standards. Elevator was super sketchy. Breakfast wasn't anything special.. I didn't eat anyways considering how dirty everything else was I wasn't taking a chance with the food. An also the pillows were horrible.

Do not stay at this hotel! No hot tub like you see in the ad. Shower pressure is horrible. The ice machines have not been cleaned in a long time. The complimentary continental breakfast is not worth the time at all. The locks to the entrances to the hotel are broken. The view from the room is a cemetery. Terrible experience!!!

Other then the halls smelling like pot the hotel is not bad it’s not 5 star but your not paying for a 5 star stay the workers where all nice our room was clean over all it was a good

Honestly we have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the worst. It goes without saying that if the bed isn’t made when you come in the room it’s not clean. Not only did the elevator not work, the air conditioner in the room did not either. It was completely disgusting with dirty blankets and pillows. Andrea the front desk attendant might have been the only one worth a damn. She was super accommodating to us and could probably use a raise for This nonsense. We would never ever even think of telling our worst enemy to stay here. Thankfully she gave us and other rooms a refund because it was so unnacceptable.

If you have no other choice but to stay here, ensure you get a tetanus shot first! This place was FLITHY! Not only was nothing clean, but I had to personally clean the drains in both the sink and shower just to be able to use them because they were completely clogged with hair!! The carpet in our room was sticky, to the point I wouldn't even put dirty clothes on the floor! Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

This hotel is in a good busy area, but I wouldn't pay for the premium name. Upon arriving, the parking lot is "busy." The lobby smelled like a weed shop. The lady at the counter was rude and offered us upgrades on a cash only offer. When getting into our room there was massive food stains on the blankets, taped remotes and lights.The weird thing about our room was when we opened it, the a/c was on blast, the lights were on, the blanket was moved like someone was laying there and the tv was on full blast. Was weird but stayed in the room because the front desk was horrible and didnt want to deal with them.

Wingate by Wyndham Roseville is hands down the best hotel! Super friendly staff, spotless rooms, and a yummy food. The location is handy, and the service is top-notch.
