“Some plants were labeled incorrectly.
English lavender bush signage was put on the dianthus shelves. The lavender had no signage.
I went there looking to buy an additional entranceway floor mat.
I have 3 already & love them, but today they didn't have the same one I purchased a few months ago.
They didn't have them.
There were 2'x7' runners and a fun looking plastic mat....but not what I was hoping to find.”
“The layout for the gas stations needs to be changed! People cut the flow of the parking lot to get in line for gas! This is an accident waiting to happen. Ever with this being said, I still get gas from Sam's as needed!”

Asked an employee if there was any chance to get some - he immediately went in the meat department and made me two packages of country ribs. Outstanding service by Joe Primavera. “Love this location. The service is very helpful, and friendly. Just visited the tire center for new tires. I was a walk in, and they had me in new tires and on my way in an hour. Good price and super helpful staff. Recommend the tire center as much as any other aspect of the wharehouse. Good people.”

“I was looking for an item for my granddaughters birthday. I met an amazing associate named Karen. Who absolutely went above and beyond to find two of the items I needed in the store. She insisted they had them, but couldn’t find them anywhere, said when they were received, it didn’t put a number where they be located out on the floor. She called a crew together and about six associates came and started pacing the aisles. Lo and behold there they were. It put a huge smile on my face, and I know it’s gonna be a bigger smile on my granddaughters face at her birthday party. Once again, Karen, thank you so much. It took about an hour for her working her magic, but this smile on the little ones face is worth every bit of that hour and then. Awesome that your associates do not give up.!”
