Worst Verizon store, they’ll flag you from getting service. Especially the rainbow African American guy. I figured doing business with my own race would be a smooth experience but i was wrong. I’ll never come back to this location again. Profiled me the moment i walked in the store

The managers direct their employees to lie to customers about trade in deals in order to secure sales, stay away from this store, they will take advantage of you.

The employees were very helpful courteous and knowledgeable of all the products that they carry. I believe my customer service representatives name was tiara. She seemed like she might be a little bit new but she KNEW what she was talking about. If she didn't know what she was talking about she was able to find the answer independently. She fixed my watch5 in just a few minutes. Then I switch to conversation to Verizon internet and she was able to tell me that it's in the area but it is not yet up in Alpena Michigan where I live.

Manager Sade just knocks it out if the park! At first, I always go to the Verizon Downtown Detroit. The mediocre service (aside from Evan?) always sends me running to Roseville. Sade took care of me personally, 15 minutes before close. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible incompetent service. Added 2 lines to my account and one line has not connected in over a week. Was on with Verizon chat for over an hour on Tuesday with no resolution. Sent the phone in today with user and they refused to help and told her to have me call 611 while next to her. I did all that two days ago. Phone is a brand new phone purchased through their store. Totally unacceptable

Was in there and working with the new guy and he kept saying sorry he was new and had to ask his manager questions, honestly he was prob the best ppl I have worked with, he was real and honest, and I see where he get his pointers from bc his manager, (sorry I wish I got names) she was prob the best person Verizon has working in any of their stores, I didn’t end up getting a phone but will be back when it is time.
