Barely get any mail, never the same carrier, office is dirty. I tried to call about a carrier speeding down my street no one answers the phone. Finally talked to someone she didn’t seem to care. What can I say it’s time to move out of Roseville mail carriers now speeding down my street.

Had a package delivered, not from my regular, by an African American male who decided to kick my mailbox closed not once but twice. Apparently his hands don’t work and he thought that was the professional way of doing things. Also floored it in reverse due to passing my home then floored it to leave. It’s an FFV, not a race car and also in a residential neighborhood. It’s no wonder people have an unfavorable opinion of the Post Office as a whole. Do better.

I don’t know how this place is still open. It smells so bad. The workers are rude to everyone & NOT helpful. I’ve been there multiple times in the past year & it’s always the same mean workers. Super nasty place in general. Post office from hell.

I went in the post office earlier today to ask about a paper my daughter received in her mailbox yesterday that said something about change of address, 37th district court ect. There were two young African american young ladies in the post office. I don't remember her name but the young lady who waited on me was VERY rude. I was explaining to her why I was there, what the paper I had in my hand. She snapped at me and said "just give e the paper". I ended ip going to a post office in Warren and they were helping and anything but rude. I wish I had gotten her name (the rude lady)

Hands down this has to be like the worst post office in the State of Michigan. Laziest workers you'll ever find. The lady that picks up from us is one of the laziest postal workers I've ever seen! Here name is Shay and you can pray to God you don't have her. If you're going to be lazy you should at least be friendly. She's out on both counts.

I received a notification a package was delivered, I contacted them to say it wasn't. The manager emailed me back to say the mail lady confirmed that she indeed delivered it to my porch and that someone must have stolen it-and that the issue was now closed. I reported the theft and 2 weeks later, guess what shows up at my door from the post office with the tracking number crossed off. I don't expect mail carriers to remember all the packages they deliver, but they also shouldn't be so certain that they delivered something when they clearly didn't. I didn't have to report a theft because they screwed up.

These people are the rudest worker’s ever . The lady at the first window is always so nasty and rude . She continuously rolls her eyes and be nasty towards the customers . It’s always something including the disrespectful managers . This location needs new employees and people that are happy about being at work not snotty women who are mad at the world .

This is the worst post office on planet earth! For one thing, it stinks in their like I don’t know what and every worker is rude to every customer. They all need to be FIRED with ATTITUDE AJUSTMENTS!

The workers most definitely hate their lives and/or job and take it out on the customers. I waited in line and watched every worker be rude to every single person in line. Ridicule them, make an example out of them, roll their eyes, try to make them feel stupid and publicly humiliate them. It’s truly disgusting. They all deserve to be fired and this branch should 100% be shut down. Do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other post office. I would drive an hour out of my way to avoid going to this place.

Very inconvenient service and employees, I had a passport appointment with photos, after waiting 15 minutes she said camera is broken go to fedex take photos and comeback. Went to take photos in different place and comeback but they said you too late and have to schedule another appointment.Sounds like she was high or something. Shame shame

If I could give 0 stars I would this post office isn’t ran correctly waited in a hour line just to get up there to ask 2 different questions between the difference with sending out registered mail or certificated mail as it states on my paper the lady was very rude to me and wouldn’t even read the paper I was trying to show her to ask the difference between the two of them & then she told me that I HAD to have a return address on my mail which isn’t true either I’m just not going to be coming back to this one terrible service and bad attitudes every time I come in this one ALWAYS

Do Not Go To This Location, for any reason. I tried sendinga package to the UK, which I had done previously a few times from this locationand other locations before. But November of 2023, it was a disaster. I paid $211dollars for quickest delivery to UK, instead it never left the US. Because of aform which was not attached, even though I fill out the form which was given tome. But my package was rejected because form was not attached. My package wastied up in system for weeks, & my best friend birthday was missed. Go toUPS men & women in Brown. I sent out package without filling out ANY FORMSat all, unlike USPS which has many forms. It was cheaper and got there intimely manner. Use UPS

I work away from home a lot and have a sick mother. I make it home most weekends to get my mail, and actually spend a little time at my house. This post office took it upon themselves to mark my house as vacant and return mail to senders. I complained and requested contact through email. Nope. I missed a phone call. Did they deliver the package I complained about? Of course not! Terrible
