I’ve had to call on two separate occasions asking when my mattress will be delivered. Neither time was I informed that it got delayed. I’ve been told incorrect delivery dates twice now. I would appreciate a heads up that it’s been delayed. I would also appreciate a delivery date that can actually be met, so I can plan for sleeping arrangements. If I knew I would be sleeping on a couch for a month, I wouldn't have made this purchase. Unacceptable considering the money I spent.

Jamal was very informative, knowledgeable, and a good listener. .y fiancé and I needed a new mattress for our guest room that my parents usually sleep in when visiting. They have bad backs and we had a price range that we wanted to spend. He knew the right direction to point us in. We only had to lay on 3 beds before we knew what one was the right one. Checkout was super quick and smooth! Thank you Jamal for all of your help!

Had a great experience here on a Sunday afternoon - about an hour before their closing time. Dale was courteous and really knew his mattresses! He was able to answer every question and suggested mattresses based on what we currently had at home & what we found wrong with it. He didn't hard sell anything and seemed honest about why he liked some brands over others. A+ for the service we received at the store.The store was clean - we didn't have any issue with laying a few beds for firmness.We walked out a few minutes before closing having financed a mattress with delivery scheduled for the following Saturday.I will update this review if there are issues or if something above and beyond happens with delivery or removal, or if anything "post delivery" happens. If there is no update, then assume everything went according to plan (timely delivery & removal, polite delivery people, etc.).Looking forward to sleeping on a new mattress soon!EDITED 3 days after delivery:Delivery guys were punctual, smiling and they hustled! Brought the mattress right into our room, unwrapped it and placed it on our bed frame. My offers to assist were graciously declined, and they could handle it no problem. Even carrying away my heavy as heck old purple mattress was not a problem! They were in and out in 5 minutes and didn't leave a trace. This is the exact interaction I was hoping for and they delivered!

Jamal helped us when we walked in and he wasn’t pushy, took his time showing us different mattresses that suited what we were looking for and let us just take our time feeling things out. Great customer service and didn’t even make us feel pressure to buy anything. Also we came in close to closing time but he didn’t hurry us out of the store. Very positive experience overall.

My husband and I came in to this location today looking for a mattress, we were greeted at the door, wonderful customer service today Valek help us and was extremely helpful. He gave us many options to choose from! Valek is a great asset to the company and we are very pleased with the mattress we choose and with the great customer service we record today! Jamie helped me pick a mattress that meets my needs and my budget. His knowledge about the industry was impressive. He was very professional and provided great customer service and no high pressure or directing me to certain brands. I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep. I purchased the Restonic Essex Plush by the Scott brothers and an adjustable base with financing provided at no interest for 36 months.

My husband and I purchased a mattress online and it's been terrible. After finally getting a refund accepted we then needed to order a new mattress. We walked in to Us Mattress and was greeted with a smile and helpful assistance. We trialed a few mattresses and received education that helped us make a decision. Very grateful for the kind service.
