I am so incredibly heart broken. Not only is my daughter's hair wayyy shorter then what we asked for and not even the cut we requested but the part I really can't handle is that we told the girl in the very beginning that we want to donate my daughters hair! It's why we grew it out! It meant so much to us and now it was all for nothing. We donate for personal reasons and you think that professional stylist at JCP salon would know how to go about cutting hair to be donated. I'm completely sick to my stomach and in tears over this. We will never trust JCP salon again
To now add to this post, I called the number you guys said to call, explained the situation, was eventually put on hold while they *gathered more information" continued to hold for approx five minutes before the main menu message starts playing again as if I had been hung up on, I go through the prompts all over again to speak with someone to which now its past 6pm and apparently corporate office is now closed.

So I'm not quite sure of all of these bad reviews that I'm reading, I have been getting my haircut here for years the key is to find a worker and ask questions before you go in to get your haircut. You definitely want to see a senior stylist that has many years experience. We see laboria. She is amazing she's been cutting our hair and styling and coloring her hair for a very long time, so for all the bad reviews that this place gets, ask questions before your appointment make sure that you're seeing someone that has a lot of experience if you don't want a person fresh out of school. They charge my son only $20 for a haircut, he has a lot of hair he grows it out, he's in high school, he has naturally curly hair, they wash his hair so good give a nice Scout massage and then cut his hair with scissors. That's a whole lot better than going to Great Clips where they're just using a head shaver on you to try to cut and they don't even wash your hair they spray it with a spray bottle. A haircut for myself is about $40 and I have long thick naturally curly hair so they're pricing is fair.
