Ms. Jo is one of the best parts of the Cove on 13 apartments. She was very helpful and understanding. Any issue you have she addressed quickly. Definitely something that makes it worth the price. Everything is pretty much within driving distance (food, entertainment, shopping, etc.). Apartments are very ideal for those who are just looking for a nice, quiet, and peaceful place to live in.

Parking lot is terrible. There’s a huge pothole coming into one of the driveways off Utica that’s pretty much unavoidable. I was turning into the driveway and my whole car went boom now my sway bar links are loose.
EDIT: Correction. It knocked my control arm loose.

DONT DO IT! Dont listen to these fake posts by the friends of the staff or even these ppl that have claimed they "just moved in". Find a resident to talk to when you visit. I promise they will be miserable and happy to steer you away. Many safety violations, old outdated boiler heat that you have no control over, pests like roaches, and no utilities included! And BEWARE the dilapidated broken balconies are only offered to the smaller rooms which usually go to your children. For the prices they are charging this is definitely not worth it AT ALL, RUN AWAY! Dont take it from me, go to tour to be your own judge. Look at the cleanliness (or shall I say DIRTINESS) of the hallways and courtyards, ask to see the janky laundry room facilities, walk on the balconies to see how loose they feel and unsafe. Be sure to ask how much the utilities will add to your already overpriced rent. And ask residents that you see how long they have to wait for serious maintenance request. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP RAN BY SLUMLORDS DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS, GO SEE FOR YOURSELF

My experience with the Cove on 13 has been absolutely amazing!!! Starting with Ms Angie she is just a wonderful person all the way around!!! She made my move so easy and went above and beyond!!! I highly recommend moving here trust me you won’t be disappointed!! Ms Angie will not allow it I promise!!!

So far my apartment has been great! The process to move in was very quick and everyone was very friendly. I believe her name was Angie but she was very sweet and kind throughout the whole process.

If I could use one word to sum up my move it process it would be….Angie! She made my whole process with is normally stressful into. Breeze! I was amazed with how prompt she was able to answer any/all of my needs. If you want to have a great move in experience, Angie is your girl!
