This place is horrible. A total disaster. They check you in and ask for a deposit . After you check in your room and notice they have bed bugs and roaches they keep your deposit. I suggest no one I mean no one rent anything from this specic super 8. I've been in touch wit the BBB and the state health department. WARNING...PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. NO OFFENSE BUT THEY HAVE A BUILT IN HOMELESS SHELTER HERE

Terrible place. The front desk barely speaks English and lacks customer service. Their rooms also have mice, spiders and roaches. I would not recommend a stay here for 1 night with their unfair $150deposit plus $65.99 for a dirty room that they will accuse you of something being wrong to keep your deposit. They need to be inspected by Roseville thoroughly. And that's from my experience/ stay there.

This place should definitely be shut down… When I first got there I checked the bed the sheets were dirty they told me I had to take the dirty sheets off and bring them to them in order for me to get new sheets I did that 3 times… and when I told them the sheet were still dirty he said he couldn’t give me any more sheet so I asked for a refund he said there are no refunds even though I haven’t been there one hour.. the bathroom was so dirty and this place has roaches when I complained and ask for another refund he said the same thing i ended up leaving I lost my money. You would thing because of the location it would be decent but I do not recommend for anyone

There was a medium small sized roach in the bathroom when we woke up. They weren't crawling all over the walls in our room like some reviews, but it was still gross. Sheets looked dirty. Heater barely worked.

Do not !!!! Do not !!!! I repeat do not go to this motel when me and boyfriend checked in everything seemed fine but in the morning we found two roaches in the bathroom we told the front desk he said he could have someone spray the room for us like it was completely normal we got it sprayed and then there was bug on the bedRooms: Bug infestedFood & drinks: Very small breakfast very limited

I told the front desk person it smells like mold and he blamed it on the weather it was disgusting. It smelled like wrecking mold. Bad.

Employees are cruel and not helpful with this disgusting bed bug infested hotel. Don't change sheets. So gross. Not worth the money. They won't refund money for room even if it's after one minute. They trick u. Ten dollars late fee if u pay at 11:01. Please don't stay

Absolutely DISGUSTING. The first room we were given reeked like cat urine. We were given a different room that smelled better, but the bathroom made me want to vomit. Urine and feces stains in the toilet. The bath was so filthy and the man at the front desk had the nerve to say it wasn't as I showed him the grime I picked up on a wash cloth with just one swipe. Then he had the unmitigated gall to bring me some bleach and expect me to clean it for him.The linens are stained, but there don't appear to be any parasites, so I guess we're sleeping here.

They have ROACHES, the staff is very rude. Didn't offer me a refund or a new room so basically had to suck it up. And I think also bed bugs, I will never stay here again.

I've been here before, but this time, I will not be back. This is unexceptable and I have to stay 2 more days. They have roaches I can not. The guy at the front desk was like what he's supposed to do about it. So I told him that's okay, I will give a review about it.

Nope, definitely not the place to stay. This hotel has a roach infestation & Feins lurking around. If you lay here, you will likely be taking roaches to your next place.

Sorry, I normally never do reviews but I felt like it needed to be done to help others. I do not recommend this place to NO ONE!! Like not a single soul. The customer service was poor, the room was dirty! Like I’m talking sheets, tub, floors, there was even roaches like no! I just wanted to receive my refund & jet like no lie so that’s what I did. Period!

These rooms are full of cockroaches period as soon as I walked in the room. Cockroaches were running everywhere period I went up to the front desk and the man at the front desk denied having bugs and told me he would not refund my money. I paid $98 for my room and he told me the only thing he could do was change my room out. It took him 3 times to change my room before we got one that wasn't noticbly crawling with cockroaches. When asked if he would like to stay in a room full of bugs he said he didn't care his room was full of them. Also every room he showed us had nasty stained up sheets. I will be turning them into the local health department.
