It’s weird that speedy way manager don’t know how to use a speedy e-gift cardThe manager immediately denied my service after I told every speedy didn’t know how to do it at first but they tried but she said no I don’t know how to only thing she had to do is process the order for gas as credit and allow me to manually enter my number for my card and give her the access number I had to drive all the way to East 10 mile speedy and he did it with no problem. I don’t know what wrong with customer service here but y’all need some training cause your manager and store manager waste my mf time !!!

The staff are not body guards. ? That's what 9-1-1 is for. I'm not getting involved in others drama for minimum wage and I'm glad the staff didn't either. Call the fuzz next time. They're definitely short staffed and it shows- it's on the OWNER'S as they refuse to PAY livable wages to their employees while they get rich. $20/hr is only 40k a year. Wake up.

Just went in there the buy a lighter. Door was open walked up to counter . Lady rudely to me there closed . I said okay I just wanted to get a lighter . She yelled and said NO! We are closed. I told her you don’t have to yell or be rude . I started walking out and she started yelling saying somthing laughing and waving at me through window as I walked out. Absolutely the rudest encounter Iv ever had . I can’t believe you let your staff treat people that way. I will be also calling corporate . That was so inappropriate and uncalled for. The time I went in was about 5:35 pm on Wednesday August 31,2022. I will be contacting corporate about this .

Wanna see something funny? Go in and ask for a pack of cigarettes. Make sure Fat Mike waits on you. He just about locks them in the safe until you pay for them and get your change. Buying cigarettes from fat boy is like bonding someone out of the county jail, go in, post bond, then wait wait wait wait for fat Mike to run a background check and get a security clearance. Mike, lose some weight and quit tying that camouflage scarf around your face so tight. Mr. I can't breathe. Oh, service sucks but I'll be back. Especially when stay puff Mike is working.
