They keep the store clean. I'm sure it's difficult with some of the people in this area. Good staff here. The card reading at the pumps could be faster. I'm considering frequenting a different gas station because of this. It was never this slow until 7-11 bought them. It's ridiculous because paying at the pump is supposed to be faster. It's actually faster to go inside, wait in line, and pay the cashier than to use the card reader at the pump.

Never a problem. But repairing the pumps that have been down for a long time now would be helpful when it's busy.

As soon as I walked in 2 employees greeted me, I was just grabbing a coffee, station was super clean and they had sooo many cappuccino choices I’ll definitely be coming back here from now on. Go to check out and the beauty at the counter told me it’s on the house. made my night! Thank you

employees never listen when you speak to them tell them don't use money off the gas they use the money off the gas. tell them their screens not working for you to redeem your free pops they just ignore you. its work not social hour please do your jobs and listen to the customers better were not all trash customers i work in customer service myself and id loose my job if we acted like the employees in this location

I would go here at least 3 times a week for the last 20 years now I will not be back. My 5 year old nephew was in the bathroom with his stepmom and the worker a short heavy set woman with a grey bob busted in on him yelling and now he is traumatized. She had said mutual times my son is using the bathroom please wait.

I've been coming to this location for over a decade. Today an older employee, Shelly, came banging on the bathroom door and shaking the handle after my son had been sing the bathroom for 15 minutes. I crack the door to tell her my son was using it and she forcefully opens the door wide while my 5 year old son was sitting butt naked trying to poop. She said we were there too long and that's not what the bathroom was for. He was sobbing and terrified by the time he got back to the car. The cashier's gossiping with the other customers and yelling at us on the way out didn't help. He's absolutely traumatized because this lady tried forcing her way into the bathroom while he was in there. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. HES 5!

It’s weird that speedy way manager don’t know how to use a speedy e-gift cardThe manager immediately denied my service after I told every speedy didn’t know how to do it at first but they tried but she said no I don’t know how to only thing she had to do is process the order for gas as credit and allow me to manually enter my number for my card and give her the access number I had to drive all the way to East 10 mile speedy and he did it with no problem. I don’t know what wrong with customer service here but y’all need some training cause your manager and store manager waste my mf time !!!

Racist, sad and distressing gas station that run their gas station like it’s an affiliation of autistic, angry people because they have felony records.Mike is the reason that girl was assaulted with those pictures put up.

The staff are not body guards. ? That's what 9-1-1 is for. I'm not getting involved in others drama for minimum wage and I'm glad the staff didn't either. Call the fuzz next time. They're definitely short staffed and it shows- it's on the OWNER'S as they refuse to PAY livable wages to their employees while they get rich. $20/hr is only 40k a year. Wake up.
