Do not use Phillip as your rep! He will add you stuff you do not Need. He is a salesman who cares about his wallet only. He told me my bill would be $130 and guess what it became $210 when I receive my bill and he told me month after month after month he will take care of it and he never did and now I'm stuck with a bill for $210 and I have to get a part-time job and trust me do not deal with him that you will be very upset

My phone had dropped the previous day and the main screen had cracked. I had to be somewhere by a certain time. They gave me a brand new screen in an hour. 5 stars. It's the location I go to if I'm having problems with my phone.

So all in all my experience was okay when I got my new phone and accessories. The man working was helpful and friendly. It was when I got home that evening I noticed that the screen protector installed by the employee had a fuzzy hair under it. The next day I went up there and they refused to replace the incorrectly installed screen protector at their cost. It wasn't broken. Just installed incorrectly.

T-Mobile repair center on Gratiot can do much better job of responding to customers. There should be more effective sign in method. And there's a sense of staff hanging around doing nothing or on their computers distracted instead of making sure customers are served. The wait seems needlessly long given the number of staff who are not attentive. Often appears more than 1 staffer is helping same customer. I had to return to store because the service repair didn't work so I needed a upgrade or file insurance claim. There was only 1 customer when I walked in but I had to wait 15-20 minutes. Looks like everyone took a break simultaneously. Polite but too slow and aloof.
